The charge point is completely unusable, as the supplied plug does not fit my Tesla Model 3 properly. Contacting support simply leads to an automated message: "Due to high volume, our response times are a little longer than anticipated". Perhaps they have installed a lot of faulty charge points.

Terrible customer service. I waited from July to September to get my homecharge system in place. I phoned many times and was repeatedly told that someone would get back to me or that my case was being looked at or moved along the chain. In the end Louisa manage to sort my installation within a few days and was very professional and helpful. She was the only member of your team that ensured that my case was dealt with and did as she promised. If all your team had her commitment, this would have been a completely different review.

The customer service appears to be almost non existent. Installation was acceptable but I am still waiting for the final paperwork to come through 5 weeks after installation.

it took months for POD Point to fit my charger. the beginning to end process was awful. my impression is POD Point do not really care about customers experience. I had to do most of the cable installation myself. when it eventually happened. as a pensioner I should not have to have to do the work on their behalf. I think they are more about maximising profit than trying to save the planet for our children. the POD point attitude is part of the global warming problem not the solution. on the day of the fit, the fitter told me the clips POD Point supplied for me to do the fit were the wrong ones. I would not recommend POD Point to anyone.

A dreadful Company to deal with. I have never experienced such incompetence in a Business. I had my unit installed a month ago and still am unable to charge my vehicle via the Pod Point charger. Today I have waited in for a maintenance engineer who was promised to come out and sort the charger - again no one turned up, despite email confirmation. Over the course of the last month I have made over a dozen phone calls and despite the lovely people at Pod Point promising to get someone to call back, I haven’t received one phone call back ! This is definitely a Company you should avoid

A person's who installed the item was FANTASTIC!!!!! But only reason I am totally disappointed was a waiting time for installation.

Got an electrical certificate before the installation was 100% complete. Also the address on the certificate was not mine.

The delay in getting this fitted was horrendous. I had one fitter come out then he left with no resolution and no one would communicate. But the electrician who came to fit it was amazing. He helped me explained everything and did an amazing job.

Pod point is a disaster. In the early correspondence they did not inform me that earth bonding was required for gas and water mains. When the fitter came he informed me that the Podpoint could not be connected because the earth readings were not correct. When the earth was tested by UK Power networks there was no abnormality at all. The first fitter installed many wires incorrectly and the fitter who came yesterday had to change many of them. Having paid for the expensive wiring to run for the service head to the pod point there is an allowance for 15 metres of cable. As this was not used I expected a discount. It has taken 9 months to complete the installation.

Very poor indeed. After I submitted the installation form complete with photos and video, I never heard another word! I chased at least 3 times and each time I was told that for some reason it was ‘stuck in sales’. Anne from scheduling told me that she was going to take personal responsibility for this case, but I never heard another word again. It wasn’t until Thomas Boatang dealt with me and he finally got it all sorted. I advised Thomas that I have measured the cable length needed and as it was over the length normally provided within the standard cost, I need to pay a further £35.03, I suggested that this amount should be waived, bearing in mind all the inconvenience I have been put through, but after referring the case to his manager, this was declined!! I paid the additional monies, however when it was installed, he advised me that he only used 20 metres of cable. I have there requested a refund for the addition 2 metres that I paid for but, surprise surprise, I have not heard anything!

The engineer was great and did a good job. The problem is that the charger will not charge at 30 amp as it conflicts with the solar panels and home storage system and keeps dropping back to 10 amps. The engineer did say this was known fault and a fix was being developed. I've logged 2 support calls and to date had no responses. Can you please advise when the system will be working correctly.

So where to start, started with uploading all the pictures and finding out I needed to install an earth to my water main, which I did I then got a call from a contractor saying it would be at least 4 weeks till they would have a chance to do the install so I called podpoint and they took the install back house but looked at the pictures and said they won't be able to touch it due to the metal boxed service head for my incoming mains and I would also need to get an isolator fitted so I went about getting that sorted install was booked for a Thursday and was cancelled due to engineer with COVID and was rebooked for this Thursday the guy cam and fitted the podpoint with no issues I was finally happy after 2 or more months its finally installed and plugged the car in set the schedule to charge in the off peak time and went to bed woke up and the car was still on 3% battery it hadn't charged at all I looked on the app and it says charging started when it should have and was plugged in for over 8 hours but no charge happened. Called them again and they advised it is showing a fault with the cable and the socket and the clamp. I mean not what I would expect and they asked for some pics which I sent and not heard anything back. So no I would not recommend Podpoint at all

Paid in full for pod point to process my account. Due to reinforcement work need to my drive and neighbours I had to cancel. This is where my dramas started. I have asked for my money back on email for nearly a month now and not one person has contacted me. I have phoned 6 times now to be put on hold for over an hour each time. This company will take your money however, they will not reimburse you for no work completed.
