This was one of the worst things i have ever had to do all the going back and forth with what the company needs prior to installation. Then you send the images that dont work as they are too large. Rather than them doing the work thereselves was a total nightmare from start to finish. Would not reccomend this. As i feel i had to do all the work rather than them send out an engineer to see what would be required..

Installed fine but it works no better than using a 3 pin plug. Called pod point very nice young man answered said he has passed it on to supervisor. Six days later I’m still waiting for any further information. Not really good enough when you’ve paid so much money.

The pod point charger did not work when I tried to use it for the first time after the installation. When I contacted customer service - they said I will need to pay £170 to get the engineer to come back and fix the issue. This was very very disappointing.

Extremely poor customer service. Very quick to take full payment for the work before doing anything for several weeks and we then had to chase for an installation date. Despite our concerns, one member of their staff decided to be repeatedly rude and unhelpful and did nothing to address our concerns. They sent a subcontracted electrician who had never installed a 22kw charger on a 3-phase supply but was willing to have a go until he realised he did not have the correct armoured cable. We then had to chase again for a further installation date. The final installation was great and the podpoint works well but the customer service was dreadful throughout.

I found the experience with pod point to be absolutely pathetic. After numerous requests for pictures of layout , fuse boxes and where the cable would be running , I give up and requested they sent me the cable out so I could get someone else to run it under the floor. (Paid for myself ) I have heard they have lost the Audi contract this is no surprise going by my experience

The firm has no customer focus, sends automated emails instead of answering queries and cancels installations by email less than 24 hours before the appointment without explaining

From the start (quite some time ago) to finish this process has been admin heavy and stressful. I nearly gave up several times. It was also expensive as I paid the £500 and then a further £800 to extend my power source. My friend who used UK Power Network to fit his charger had this work done for him for free, including digging up his driveway. When I questioned Pod about this I didnt get an answer. Even though I complied with all the requests on the day the engineer finally (arrived after cancellation of the first appointment), he said that teh parts were not compatible. We then had to call around to find compatible parts. The engineer was very good, but let down by lack of information from Pod. If you have the choice I would recommend going elsewhere. The only bit which is efficient is the part where they take your money up front!

Very slow, disorganized, and very expensive. We appear to have paid £1600 for 'groundworks' which took three quarters of an hour, maximum, and consisted of a shallow groove scraped into our gravel in the drive. We could have done that ourselves. I have informed the garage that recommended you (who sold us the electric car) that they should by no means recommend you to anyone else.

Simply atrocious administration , unacceptably slow and disrespectful communication, disgracefully unprofessional and under capacitated fir task in hand . Let me down, AUDI Uk down and rendered grave concern in respect of performance to my MP and Audi HQ . Unfair. What company gives an indication of a four week lead time to installation but refuses to pin point the start point for said duration ? ( Then cancels original date , so installation is effectively 3 months after we agreed to buy the é and notionally set things in. Option. Bizarre that money accepted up front, I was then expected to provide some sort of survey , which I was not qualified to give. Delivery of coil was prompt, but left outside and cardboard outer soaked. Only saving grace was David the installer, who although faced with mid information from his employers was ABSOLUTELY SUPERB

Person who carried out the installation was rude to my wife and stole some tools from my driveway. Raised this with Podpoint and sent CCTV of when my tools were taken and they don't seem to care! Hide your valubles and expect to have an unpleasent interaction with the installer - best to avoid altogether though!

as an 86 rear old with limited computer skills I found the whole experience daunting. I was expected to have a computer and a printer, I do have a computer but no printer. I was refused a number to text and an address to comunicate, not helpful just stressful.

One of the worst experiences of my life. Customer support non existent. Dont answer all your emails. When you call they don't help you either. Tell you they will call back never do. Messed up my order twice when arriving to install. Delayed installation many times. Truly a terrible experience after paying 500 quid. Would not recommend to anyone.

Go to another company I wish had. I wish I would have used a different company from the start. The customer service is the worst I have experienced due to lack of communication and care for their customer. I have a fault with my home charger which is totally down to Pod-Point and I have been messed around constantly with ignoring my emails and wasting my time. I have even emailed the CEO directly who just ignores my emails. Today after over 2 months of being messed around a customer experience executive contacted me to try to help however again a complete waste of time as knowing my home charger is faulty and I have been messed around for over 2 months they offered a slot in 10 days time and extended the waiting hours proposed from 2 hours to 3 hours for the fitter to arrive. Happy to share all my emails and experience to help people go to another company straight away. I wish I had.

A frustrating business to deal with. - Initially, inundated with emails from Pod Point, but it is really hard to make contact to ask questions. Maybe the business thinks it is communicating, but it is more like online shouting and not listening. - The whole survey arrangements put huge pressure on the customer, especially with technical points, but again it is really hard to check in to ensure you have done things correctly or if you have questions - the installation was done adequately but there was no communication or explanation of what had been done, user instructions etc. - they did not fit the lock so this had to be chased and installed subsequently (a refund was offered but that was not the point) - overall, we got there, but it was far from a smooth process and was a time-intensive, frustrating experience for the customer - Certainly, in this instance, not an ideal partner for high-end Audi customers

Scheduled an install on 29/12/21 which happened without much pain except that the installer didn’t have Solo Key Lock that I had already paid for. According to him Podpoint had not provided him with one. He promised to come back in 2 or 3 days time to fit the lock. It’s 11/02/22 I still don’t have my key lock. I have contacted the installer who said I was not the only one in that situation and he is still waiting for stock from Podpoint. I have called Podpoint a few times and been passed from one automated answering system to the other ending with a rude drop of my call. Emailed on 30/01/22 and followed up my email on 04/02/22 no one bothered to respond. In the meantime I still don’t have the goods I paid for, more than a month later. Very disappointed ☹️

Paying up front leaves no room for disputes. They don’t care on eve the instal is done. The installers cut corners like shown below. Didn’t clean or didn’t bother to run the cable with the others so looks aesthetically better. Laziness is most likely the word. I’ve tried to contact Pod Point and speak to the relevant department and it’s like pulling teeth. Avoid using Pod Point if you can.
