Good pricing and easy to walk to car park from airport terminal but dreadful experience leaving car park through barrier! They don't have number plate recognition and putting the pre paid ticket into the machine only prompts a request for payment. Intercom staff no better needing the booking reference. Didn't have mine to hand; they could only source my next booking not the present one so I had to unload car to find the mobile phone to find the confirmation e-mail reference and then they confirmed it did exist, Poor IT system really undermines this car park! Beware of exit delay!!

You are very difficult to contact. I needed to contact you because I had a family bereavement and had to cancel my travel plans. I have been unable to contact you via the website or any email addresses found on the website. I would like you to contact me by email personally to discuss matters

good price, easy to use, however I was dismayed to come back from my trip to find that someone had scrapped my car whilst trying to park their own and just drove off to another space. I reported the incident upon discovery given an incident no. and from then on no help was provided at all, they didn't bother to check their CCTV which would have allowed me to pursue a claim. £700 repair bill with lesson learnt regards airport parking.

Everything that could go wrong did... On arrival, The signage on entry gates is very confusing ie between long stay and plane-parking areas. We waited on 2 cars both reversing out at the gates, they were lost as well with the same problem. Why not call one A and one B and have this on the ticket? Having already paid online - the entry signs state a much dearer price so both other driver's, like us, had assumed they were in the wrong park. We all were in the wrong park - but signage on 2nd one is the same. Still not sure but plane was waiting so Pressed button and surprise - our car number was on ticket. On return at 1.00 am - we pulled out our prepaid ticket which states on the back - go to the pay desk for validation - we did this and got asked to pay £80 After a discussion we pressed cancel and drove to the barrier, to find yet another car reversing out as his ticket wouldn't work. waited and drove in. We put ours in - same thing , eventually pressed for help, a nice guy asked us for our booking number - holiday paperwork at the bottom of the case and a row of cars behind us by this time. He checked through his list of names and asked my name and opened gates.

It took over an hour to get out the car park on our return to Edinburgh. Very poor exit options and road system outside car park. Sat and didnt move for over an hour. All car parks, surface, multi-storey and drop off all converge on one narrow exit. Very poor system

First all it is hard to find space. Bus Stop is in different car park so you have to drag your bags to and from from the car. It was raining when we parked Everything became wet. I would not recommend, park the car in parking with bus stop and spaces.

Far too expensive just to park a car but you got to park somewhere so you just end up paying it. Monopoly over parking at Edinburgh airport and all the companies are in it together or are the same company. Rip Off. Also used website to change my vehicle prior to travel but this doesnt work because they obviously dont updat their own information regularly enough so pulled up to barrier to be told I had an oustanding charge of £155.00. Get it sorted guys its not bloody rocket science.

It is very badly sign posted. I booked 'Long Stay' under what I thought was 'Plane Parking', the details say you can hop on the regular shuttle bus. But, following the directions on the website, you come to 'Long Stay'. I thought this must be me, but it didn't say 'Plane Parking' therefore ignoring the directions on the website I carried on and found 'Plane Parking' but it didn't say 'Long Stay'. I was in a dilema, which car park, no-one about and a long stay ahead. I was actually only staying for one day, but the website alleged it was cheaper to pre book one day this way. From the 'Plane Parking' car park, there is no shuttle, you have to walk to the 'Long Stay' car park (the driver of the shuttle said the car parks are seperate). I'd have been deseperately worried if I was staying for longer as I thought I had gone to the wrong place. To top it off, the barrier didn't work and came up saying I owed £5 less for the time I'd stayed than the pre-booking price. Fuming!!! Guy came on the 'help' buzzer and opened the barrier. There are plenty of other parking companies which are CLEARLY advertised. I'd recommend going there for peace of mind.

This is the 3rd time I have pre booked and pre paid for parking with Plane Parking. On each occasion upon our return to collect our vehicle we have been prevented from exiting through the barrier and an outstanding balance of £130 has been displayed. We have then had to press the button to talk to service personnel and give booking details before the barrier is raised to allow us to exit. Although not a huge problem, it is inconvenient and the present pre booking system clearly does not work effectively.

The parking was easy and the transfers efficient. However when trying to exit the car park the machine asked for an additional £12.50 payment. I pressed the call for help button 5 times before anyone responded and was then grilled by some imbecile who spoke to me as if i was a piece of dirt on his show. Eventually after convincing the imbecile that my parking was prepaid he opened the barrier. The operative was rude and a poor representative for any company and I am glad I stayed in my car when dealing with this person. I left the car park around 1930 on Sunday 6th August 2017 so maybe the management can trace the culprit.

I was not impressed with ur service as the barrier was open when we got there and then had no card to exit the car park and it the last thing we wanted to sort at 4:20 am in the morning and the man that let us out of barrier was very rude and asked for reference number! I was very disappointed and won't be using this service again!

Bus stand had changed without any warning. Caused us to be late and then had an extra £5 added to the bill. Excessive charge for being just over half an hour late. That time lost due to bus changes. Lorna

The car park was very busy so I had to park at the furthest away point and follow the pedestrian signs on the ground to the small metal gate where they disappeared . Walked to a paypoint thinking it would be a pick-up point only to discover I had to walk even further .The walk was done during heavy rain and I was soaked by the time I reached the pick-up point . On return a bus arrived with no signs on to say it was going to the Plane Parking and there were no signs in the car park to help you to get off at the right stop .The driver knew we were going to Plane Parking but was less than helpful in assisting us to get off at the right stop resulting in another long walk back to the car although it was at least dry this time. Some additional signage would make life a lot easier for customers.

The car park allocated has no bus pick up point, the nearest of which is a good four minutes walk away. As Senior Citizens ( or those with disability/ Children) and heavy luggage plus any bad weather this not a car park to be used. The Shuttle driver was most unhelpful both ways. Despite the competitive price will not recommend or use again.

At the entrance to the multi storey, a digital display shows the purported number of spaces available on each floor. 34 it said, at 0530 but the reality was much less - which led to 10 minutes of wasted time and almost cost me my flight. Trivial apparently, but ultimately crucial to something called Fastrack

Took nearly 15 minutes to find a parking space, cars were parked on the roads aswell as in spaces. Then when we came home the machine wanted £76 off me even though I had paid for the full weekend and was early for leaving the car park...

When inserting the ticket the screen displayed an outstanding charge of £65. I spoke via the intercom and the speaker said I had parked in the wrong location?? I was in the Plane Parking as directed via the confirmatory email. I noted my reg no and the speaker opened the barrier. I was not in the adjacent Long Stay as warned to look out for in the confirmatory email. Thoughts? Andrew Murray

Neither of the bus stops (6 and 5) near to where we parked we're operational, meaning we had to lug our cases and two children quite a distance before we could get on the airport shuttle. There were no luggage trolleys in this car park either- which would have made things much easier. This is the second time I've used Plane parking, and exactly the same thing happened the first time. I will not be using this service again.
