The ticket machine did not read my ticket meaning I had to get out of the car to find my booking reference. That is the whole point of pre booking for ease of getting out.

I pre-booked Long Stay Parking, but the booking confirmation was headed Plane Parking. On arrival I saw signs for the two parks. Since my confirmation was headed Plane Parking I entered the Plane Parking gate. My pre-paid booking failed to register and I was given a pay-on-exit ticket. I was unaware there was no bus service to the Plane Parking lot and we waited some time before a service van driver fortunately picked us up and delivered us to the terminal in time for check-in. He also advised us to use the call facility on the pay-point on our return to arrange exit. We did this and after quoting our booking reference the barrier was lifter remotely to allow us to exit. Although Plane Parking remedied the situation on exit, the confusion caused by the heading on the booking confirmation meant that we got an inferior service to the one we booked (close inspection of the small-print on the confirmation showed this to be 'Long Stay sale'). The whole parking - check-in experience was a hassle, and if we hadn't allowed a time margin it would have caused us to miss our flight.

When I arrived after my holiday, my car battery had died. So by the time I was towed from a friendly holiday gentle man to the barrier, when I put my PAID ticket into your machine it demanded a payment of £105.00. I was traumatised and called for assistance telling your staff what had happened. He released the barrier with no explanation.. nor was he conserned about how I would get my car out of your car park. I think some sort of compensation to me would be a nice good will gesture.

The bus does not run every five minutes waited ten minutes on way out and nearly twenty on return along with about forty others, some of them had to wait for another bus. We were also charged a further £5.08 for two hours over our booked time. My fault as I typed in the wrong return time but £5.08 seems ridiculous.

we arrived for terminal surface parking at about 4 o'clock in the morning and found your barrier would go up. i then tried the intercom and had to wait absolute ages before i was told to go to long stay parking. from there, there was no signage whatsoever directing us to the terminal building and looking towards the buildings in the distance, the was no indication on them either to which one was the terminal. We walked in the general direction of the buildings and only by luck we came across two workmen who've us directions. Once we left the actual carpark we then saw some "footprints" on a pavement and the word departures. We would not have been any better if we had been able to get into the Plane Parking section because it is just an extension of the long stay parking. On our return, we came out another terminal exit and initially headed for the wrong carpark because the route to our carpark was indicated midstay and not long stay. the last time we used Plane Parking I must have had too much money as we used the choice where we are met and someone takes the car away and parks it under cover near to the teminal. That worked well but if I cannot afford that I will use a competitor with shuttle buses in the future, no more walking from a long stay carpark in Scottish weather!!!

When I booked my parking space at the Edinburgh multi storey car park I did so because I thought it would be quick and easy. Parking the car was easy, finding the fastrack entrance on the second floor was reasonably easy but that was when things started to go wrong. There are no clear signs saying that you can only take cabin luggage into the fast track security. I arrived at the fast track security and was greeted by the guy at entry who checked my passport and my boarding pass (downloaded to my phone) He allowed me through with my hand luggage and my hold luggage. I then started to load my baggage onto the roller belt to go through security and I said to the guy "Is this ok? can I load my hold luggage here?" He told me that I could not and that I would have to go down stairs to the Air France check in and check my bags in! My jacket, computer, passport, mobile phone, belt shoes etc were already moving ahead of me on the belt towards the scanner. I asked him if he could retrieve my belongings and he was rude and told me I would have to wait until it went through the scanner. He could easily have retrieved my belongings but I could not because there were other passengers ahead of me. I was left to stand back with my suitcase and wait while other passengers loaded the belt. Five minutes later he brought the plastic trays with my belongings after they were scanned. He continually told me that I was at fault and that I should have known that I needed to go to the normal check in desk. To sum up, I paid a premium for the multi storey car park with fast track check in to save time but I ended up wasting a lot of time I was spoken to in a rude and patronising way by a member of airport security staff I had to find my own way down stairs to the check in desks. No signage so I had to just follow my nose. This was a very stressful experience and I think that there should be better signage at the entry to the fast track check in to highlight to passengers that you cannot go there with hold luggage.

"My car had been pre paid, and when I parked to go on holiday I followed the instructions sent to me to access the car park, and the barrier lifted to let me in, therefore I assumed I was in the right place. I parked and went on holiday. When I returned, the barrier didn't lift when I put the ticket in so, I pressed the buzzer for assistance and got a rather arrogant, cheeky person who suggested I should be more careful in future where I parked. I explained that I had followed the instructions given to me and the barrier lifted and let me in. He replied that the barrier lets everyone in. Surely the barrier shouldn't lift it it's the wrong car park. However he did lift the barrier to let me out. That was not a pleasant experience. I don't know if I would use this car park again."

Why is it so difficult to produce good signage? When you arrive at the airport there are several parking options... it is not difficult to produce clear signs. When you park, it would be helpful to clearly number the bays and provide clear markings on the ground showing routes to the terminal. It is a small airport and could be easily resolved.

Usually not competitive vs other keep-your-keys companies. On the last occasion they were, so I paid 40 pounds for four days parking. Had to wait longer than acceptable for the pick up bus. Driver was surly and didn't return my good morning. On exiting the barrier on schedule I was told I owed 100 pounds, resolved by a phone call but I shouldn't have to! This kind of low level incompetence is all too typical.

Arrived at the car park to find it closed. I was advised to park in the mid stay, and whilst there as a space (lucky) there was no bus and it was an 8 minute walk through a very deserted area to the terminal. Not ideal for a solo female who was returning in the early hours. Luckily I turned up in enough time to find the other Car park and repark but not everyone might have been so lucky

No spaces available when arrived took over 25 mins to park, nearly late for flight very stressful driving around trying to find a parking space. Maybe you should look at allocating a parking space with designated numbering.

Normally it is fine but on booking the website booked me into the wrong car park at Edinburgh so I had to cancel it and rebook and then when I came to leave it tried to charge me £72. It took me 10 minutes and a helpful airport official to actually get hold of the customer service to let me out. Next time I am tempted to take the tram to avoid the hassle

Good pricing and easy to walk to car park from airport terminal but dreadful experience leaving car park through barrier! They don't have number plate recognition and putting the pre paid ticket into the machine only prompts a request for payment. Intercom staff no better needing the booking reference. Didn't have mine to hand; they could only source my next booking not the present one so I had to unload car to find the mobile phone to find the confirmation e-mail reference and then they confirmed it did exist, Poor IT system really undermines this car park! Beware of exit delay!!

You are very difficult to contact. I needed to contact you because I had a family bereavement and had to cancel my travel plans. I have been unable to contact you via the website or any email addresses found on the website. I would like you to contact me by email personally to discuss matters

good price, easy to use, however I was dismayed to come back from my trip to find that someone had scrapped my car whilst trying to park their own and just drove off to another space. I reported the incident upon discovery given an incident no. and from then on no help was provided at all, they didn't bother to check their CCTV which would have allowed me to pursue a claim. £700 repair bill with lesson learnt regards airport parking.

Everything that could go wrong did... On arrival, The signage on entry gates is very confusing ie between long stay and plane-parking areas. We waited on 2 cars both reversing out at the gates, they were lost as well with the same problem. Why not call one A and one B and have this on the ticket? Having already paid online - the entry signs state a much dearer price so both other driver's, like us, had assumed they were in the wrong park. We all were in the wrong park - but signage on 2nd one is the same. Still not sure but plane was waiting so Pressed button and surprise - our car number was on ticket. On return at 1.00 am - we pulled out our prepaid ticket which states on the back - go to the pay desk for validation - we did this and got asked to pay £80 After a discussion we pressed cancel and drove to the barrier, to find yet another car reversing out as his ticket wouldn't work. waited and drove in. We put ours in - same thing , eventually pressed for help, a nice guy asked us for our booking number - holiday paperwork at the bottom of the case and a row of cars behind us by this time. He checked through his list of names and asked my name and opened gates.
