I booked parking for London from Edinburgh at 07.00 in a weeks time but accidentally entered my return arrival time as 09.00 when I meant 21.00 (meaning 9.00pm) I tried on about 20 occasions to contact the plane parking phone-line to ask what to do with either engaged signal or no reply. I ended up having to cancel my booking at a cost of £10 and make a new booking. The main problem seemed to be that there was no way of seeking advice and I feel sure many others may have got themselves in the same position - is this a money making ploy?

Unfortunately my experience was not great, I had purchased a "Terminal Surface" parking position at the cost of £99.99, on arrival at the Airport (in the dark) I mistakenly followed the "Plane Parking" signposts and arrived at a barrier which did not recognise my number plate. On seeking assistance I offered my Booking Reference No. 3426899 to the assistant who lifted the barrier and let me in but I was then left in a car park some distance from the terminal and requiring a bus transfer. While I accept that it was my own fault for arriving at the wrong Car Park, I would have thought that your assistant, on receipt of my booking reference, would have advised that I was in the wrong location and redirected me accordingly. Unfortunately this was not the case, I simply got stuck into the Car Park I was at. In summary I paid "Terminal Parking" prices and received none of the benefits of such a purchase. Will look forward to your response in due course.

Great idea. On-line good. Paperwork all spot on. But, back at Edinburgh airport at 12.30am ish, dark, queue of cars behind, and on inserting card we're asked for another £47 to open barrier. Fumble. Horn from car behind. Try to reverse out, can't. In dark find the speaker button, call a person. Mrs tells me to pay the amount and just get out. Person answers, I have to re-insert the card, and he lets us out. Stress you just don't need.

We came back on the 2nd of July, unfortunately for us we had not been given any notification that the bus trance would change for collection from the 1st of July. We eventually realised we need to go to bus stance A. I watched 2 longstay car park buses go past before I asked the driver where the plane Parking bus was. He then said that the long stay was also dropping off for plane parking. There no notices on any of the buses to inform us of this. In all I aired an extra 40 mins before eventually finding he right bus stop and then the correct bus. It was not worth the £20 I saved by parking with you. Getting there was easy, plenty of spaces and easy to exit once I got to my car. Very average service that needs some tidying up for your customers.

I arrived early morning of 17 June and parked my car at the first convenient space. It was at L2, near bus stance 6, however when I got to that it was out of service so I went to 7 instead. On my return it was raining very heavily. I went to the allotted pick up point and boarded a Long Stay Parking Bus. I specifically asked if this was the bus for Plane Parking which the driver confirmed. He went round the various stances (but not 6) and was heading out of the car park. I approached him and he told me in an off hand manner he couldn't get through to 6 and I should have got off at 4. We got off and my partner took shelter at 7 while I searched for my car. When I finally located it I found the road to 7 was gated off with only enough access for pedestrians. I parked, walked to 7 to collect my partner and we both walked back to the car in the pouring rain. As we did so we passed at three other people who were on our bus searching for their cars. If parking was restricted in this area - why were there no signs and why weren't the drivers aware?

7 nights parking was £26.99 but I ended up paying more than double for one extra day, which I thought rather excessive especially I am a previous customer. Other than that I was happy with the service I got.

When sending an email to me requesting feedback it would be prudent not to address me as "Helen" when I am a 46 year old man called Les! Especially as my name appears in the email address you used.....

The directions to the Long Stay Car Park are not correct. There is reference to the NCP Scot Park site which is really not appropriate as it is miles away from the Log Stay Parking Area. This throws you off the parking route. There is a Plane Parking site beside the Long Stay Car Park and this is the one which I entered. Unfortunately this was not the correct car park. Surface Parking on 08/06/17 worked fine.

Difficult to find (not easily signposted) even when in the car park. Not clear how to get out of the car park on our return (not given a code) and the person on the buzzer (customer service) was quite rude and unhelpful. Not sure whether I'd use this service again.

Despite booking our car parking with you, we found that the park was completely full when we arrived. We were directed to the mid stay car park which had no shuttle service and on our return it was raining heavily which caused us to get soaked. We then had some difficulty dealing with getting out of this car park as we obviously did not have the right ticket.

Going to the airport was great. Parked the car and xfer bus there in minutes . However waited 15 - 20 minutes for bus to arrive at airport for return to carpark and free for all due to amount of people waiting. As you ask for flight details I would have thought your company would have realised service not very customer friendly. Very disappointed

Difficult to find a space. Sometimes difficult to drive around the car park with people not parked in spaces and parked on the ends of rows and pavements. Pre booked and paid - Charged £60 on exit. Initial email suggests I should get my money back but not heard from since when timescale queried.

I booked my ticket on line and it cost me circa £20 and when I put the ticket in the machine it showed only £15 Thought booking in advance would have been cheaper? The guy when I called over the speaker he was not interested?

Despite prepaying, held up at exit, had to give ref no before getting out, at 2am in the morning this is not on. This is the second time in a row that this has happened. Please make sure your technology works!

Like using plane parking but the new set up of having to walk from the plane parking area thru to bus stop 4 in the long stay area not a good idea when there is bus stops in the plane parking area especially if you are disabled and it pouring with rain this needs reviewed

We chose the Plane Parking meet and greet option as our return flight arrived after midnight. on arrival at the airport we obtained a ticket timed at 11.32am and drove straight to the pick up point and parked in a bay (approx 1 minute later). As I unloaded our luggage, my wife asked an attendant who directed her to another guy wearing a hi viz vest who was dealing with another couple. Once finished he then walked away from my wife and went across to another car which had arrived after us. She went across to him and he walked past her again heading out of the area. I took the documents and as he came back I asked him if he was Plane Parking meet and greet and he said with you in a couple of minutes. He then went to another car which had arrived after us and started dealing with them. He then walked away to another section out of site and on his return I stood directly in front of him and basically told him I had been waiting for him to 'meet and greet' us. He apologised repeatedly saying he had not noticed us, that he was on his own as his colleague was in the main surface car park dealing with people who had gone to the wrong area (probably due to the poor written instructions) and that he was having to go between his area and the car park to assist. I advised him that was of little interest to customers who expected a meet and greet service and not have to wait in a cold, draughty car park, with no signage nor guidance. We handed over our keys to him at just past 11.50am which is simply appalling. I could have chosen the advance booking for the Plane Parking surface car park which was cheaper and walked to the terminal in 5 minutes. Another meet and greet company had 4 operatives in well marked hi-viz uniform in the same area and their clients were dealt with and in the airport in a couple of minutes. On our return, the instructions to the Plane Parking valet office are confusing and we had to enquire at the multi storey car park office to be redirected to the portable cabin, and the attendant was not particularly clear as to where our car was parked. All in all, a very poor service which could be improved by better guidance, signage, company logos, uniforms and sufficient operatives.

After coming home from a 7 day trip in Portugal with a group. To find that my boyfriends car wouldn't start. After the pick up truck from Edinburgh Airport came around and we had to ask what to do. With very little help from him. He came around again, but not once did he offer to help. So after I had to walk all the way to the barrier to get to speak to someone, I was then told it would be roughly a 45 minute wait until someone was able to help. Very disappointed in the way that the the guy never once offered to help or to have any clue as to where I was to go. Will not be parking in this car park again.
