States number plate recognition on leaving did not happen both times I have used this car park after booking online I have had to take through my emails for a reference number and speak with security to exit the car park. I have used other car parks with number plate recognition and had no issues with exiting the car park

On this and several previous occasions the automatic number recognition did not work, and although we had prepaid we were told there were large sums to pay at the exit. We then had to contact the office, find and supply the booking information before we were able to leave

Bus stop quite a distance from the parking space; bus returning to the car park took ages; poor signage; poor instructions on how to get out

They defaulted to wanting to charge me an extra £14.50 to get out of the carpark. Other reviews suggest this happens often enough that I wonder if its a business model?

The signage to and from the parking areas is poorly marked. The bus driver was unhelpful on our return, when he was asked if the bus went to plane parking his only answer was "long stay parking" I had to use car park twice last week, both prepaid, on both occasions as I left the barrier would not open as it told me both times there was still outstanding payment. I had to assure operator I had already paid

the direction there and back very poor lack of staff unhelpfull one was asleep when we asked for directions i travel every 3 weeks uk to spain normally this was by far the worst service never again so unproffesional my wife suffers bone cancer we were walking for ages im furious

We got a great deal -£28 for 4 nights...however, waited 15 minutes on arrival for driver to meet us. On return, driving home we heard loud clunking noise when turning wheel, garage confirmed broken offside coil springs. Same thing happened last time we parked at Edinburgh airport, near side spring came winging off on the m90! Could all just be a coincidence but i will be parking my car and taking my keys with me next time I park at the airport.

Not disabled friendly. Car park was almost full, no disabled spaces pick up by bus was not in the car park but from the adjacent long stay so had a long walk with luggage

No details of my booking when I went to check out, after checking, your operator said that it seems you had my registration as Dundee, my home city , I dont believe I entered this and even if I had your system should not have allowed this to happen as this is clearly not a correct format. I am now not confident in using your automatic system and some cars behind me at the barrier were getting a bit impatient. I dont need the stress.

Firstly, Edinburgh Airport parking is very, very expensive. Unless you are coming from the city and take a tram you have no choice but to park there. Secondly, I prepaid on line (£38.00 for 48 hours), but when I presented my ticket to the exit barrier it told me I had to pay £129.00! The screen invited me to press button for assistance, but which button! I had to go through the process 4 times until I hit on the right button. The operator did let me through without further charge, but if I had been a foreigner or had a learning disability I might have been in trouble, or ripped off. Very shoddy service.

I arrived to collect my car late at night and when I inserted ticket was told I had £95.00 outstanding to pay. Being late a night it took some time for the car park attendant to answer the buzzer for assistance; he did then sort the problem and cancelled the charge but it further delayed a very long journey for us.

Booked and paid in full on line but got asked for £200 + at the exit after 4 days (I had paid for 5)..But had to mess about at the gate and prove I'd paid before leaving ..All this on a dark wet night .!.

Having prepaid I was asked for £250 extra at the barrier . When I spoke to your operator he asked for my booking ref. no. After that he opened the gate and told me to proceed . No apology , no explanation . What would have happened if I didn'thave the paper work to hand ?

The area I was parking was not clear , when I arrived bac The ticket in the machine said I was to pay £29.99. After speaking to the helper i had to find the email for my reference number . I paid £39.99 Why was this ?

Confusion from start to finish! Not clear instructions about drop off. Then to make things worse the barrier wouldn't let us out on our return.had to walk back to the office to get instructions. Total pain!

had to pay £60 to get out of park as no registration details were taken on booking, and barrier would not open till I validated ticket in pay station

We were asked to pay £265 on our exit which meant we had to contact the overseer to open the barrier for us.After a long day travelling complete with flight delays it was the last thing we needed!
