This is a bit ironic......we had our holiday cancelled due to Covid19, So we no longer needed to use the facilities. I emailed twice and also phoned to see about a refund but as of today 24th May I Have had no response from you......?? I wasn’t even bothered about a refund I was happy with a credit to use next year... My next step is to go to the credit card and demand a refund.... 😡

I had to cancel my booking due to my cancelled holiday because of the Coronavirus. I thought the company would maybe have some decency to fully refund all of their customers with bookings during this time. However, when I contacted them, they advised me I would not get a refund because it is non-refundable - even in these circumstances. However I could change the date to any time within 12 months. If airlines are giving people refunds because of cancelled flights due to the coronovirus, then so should the car parks.

I never parked my car here due to my holiday being cancelled. I was never contacted about the situation or how it would effect me getting my money back

The parking is great; reasonable price, normally plenty of space and a good shuttle bus to the terminal. We have used this company many times before.... This time I have rated the parking as poor because (unlike all other travel related companies), there was no refund allowed due to Covid-19 cancelling our planed flights. Given that even Ryanair were refunding the tickets and that rail companies were refunding advance tickets, which are normally non refundable. It was a poor show that Plane Parking kept our money, even though we were, through no fault of own, could not use the parking.

Our holiday was cancelled due to Covid 19 but Plane Parking did not refund our parking. Understandable but disappointing.

I’d used Plane Parking when it was first introduced. It was previously right beside the long stay parking. Now, it’s a very long drive to a new location and not that well signed. And I only saw one bus operating at 5.30am for an early flight, not what you want if you are in anyway short of time (which I wasn’t). Would I use it again? I’m not sure the small saving justifies the extended travel time to what to all intents could be classed as an off site location as it’s so far away. So probably not, not unless it was significantly cheaper to justify it.

When we got our ticket from the machine at the entrance our car registration was not on it and I immediately thought we would have problems when we were leaving when we returned 7 days later, I wasn't disappointed the machine I formed us we were due £176, so we pressed the buzzer and got it sorted, not the thing you want after a long day travelling, it may just be teething problems with the new location and I look forward to it being rectified on future visits.

have booked quite a few times with plane parking and have never had any issues- wasn't aware the carpark had moved to much further out and it only has 2 bus-stops. When arrived back went to barrier and it didn't lift took around 5 mins to get through to someone to let us out ! We had prepaid it was all a bit inconvenient and not too sure if I would use it again

Thought the 16.50 extra I was billed was extortionate. It was more than the 3 day parking I originally paid. This was due to British airways incompetence.

I usually really rate PP. But I tried to enter PP and it was blocked off, I followed alternative signs further round the car parks to the other annexe end (I didn't know existed) only to be told go back to where I was originally for a "Long stay" upgrade, as this one was full. When the bus arrived after 10 minutes, it was jam-packed. So every stop was almost 5 minutes of people shuffling on and off the bus as it only has one door. It also did a pick up at the annexe extension which lengthened the shuttle. All in, took us about 40 minutes to get to the terminal from our initial arrival. As mentioned, usually really rate this service which normally is under 10 minutes. But this seemed to be a peak time which I was not made aware of prior and made it VERY tight to get luggage dropped and through to the gate.

The buses don't run every 7-10 minutes as advertised - when we arrived we waited for over 10 minutes, and the bus then stopped for 5 minutes at the first stop to take a break! They then drop you off even further than the tram stop it takes another 10 minute walk (outside!) before you reach the check in desks. When we returned the bus to the car park was not even running so then had to make our way back to the terminal to try and find where the other airport car park buses run from. Such a rubbish process for people to get to and from such a small airport!

Although plane parking is cheap, the experience is not great! Firstly, the airport plane parking has been moved even further away from the terminal and wasn't well sign posted - the original signs for plane parking remain at the old carpark, making things very confusing early in the morning before a flight. Secondly, the signage at the airport terminal itself for where to get the plane parking bus are non-existent. There's only a sign for the long-stay bus, which we waited for for 15 minutes to be told plane parking was up the road and across. Even when we got to where we were told to be for the plane parking bus, there were no signs informing us we were in the right place - and we weren't the only ones. We then waited another 15 mins for the bus! The drivers of the buses are extremely friendly and helpful - and the carpark itself is fine for the price, but something really needs to be done about the signage for where to get the bus from when you come out of arrivals.

Parking has moved to an area far away from airport Bad weather meant we had to walk around 1//2 mile in pouring rain and gale force to get bus Appreciate that you can’t control weather but information was non existent
