The parking was ok but I feel the price is very expensive. My car was was also very filthy on return. There was no sign from airport terminal to go up a ramp to the left so we got lost. I would suggest you put a clear signpost near the trams and the ramp on the left

Text to update booking before trip no response from yourselves then was charged £120 extra , no attendant to talk to. Again no response when texting you a second time. No customer care No reply to texts Very bad service

We unfortunately caught covid and couldn’t fly to London. We were hoping that we could be given a refund and use the service another day. Regards Eric

Booked for 2 weeks and paid upfront. Hold up on way back from Palma and also luggage issue from a third party at Edinburgh making us later back than expected. Charged another £7!!!! Not happy. Have sent complaint into Edinburgh Airport parking as no contact number for Plane parking!!!

No bus provided now Walked to terminal in pouring rain, splashing through puddles. Pedestrian route to terminal unclear. On return, barrier machine would not accept ticket

I was so disappointed when I arrived back and needed help to find my car !! Also due to delays when we arrived back I then had to pay another £15 as I was over my time. Not happy that I had to be penalised due. To bad organisation with the airport . So I am hoping that someone will see that in good faith you return the £15 please. I would also like someone to contact me 07847643417. Thanks

Make sure you don't get delayed, Flight 2 hours late, 1 hour wait for my bag and a £16.50 extra fee on the parking. Thanks a lot! First time I have ever been charged for a late flight. Good work. Enjoy deleting my review.

disapointed that no buses are being used. asking people to walk to the departure lounge in pouring rain and maybe on the return as well. until busses are reinstated we will no longer use plane parking and wil lfind an alternative arrangement.

There was no sign, to say that I was in the plane parking carpark.. when I called for info.. the man hung up on me. & Also I was overcharged £16.50 extra.. because there was no baggage handlers to unload our luggage, til 3 hours later I'm not happy about being charged extra, especially when it wasn't my fault !!

My booking was given a "long stay upgrade". When leaving the car park and putting the ticket in the machine at the barrier it said I owed £176. Thankfully the attendant was able to sort it for me and said I was the second car in a matter of minutes with the same problem. Not what you want at 1 am

we had to stay for an extra day and I was charged £60 which is more than the daily rate. As flights become more unpredictable this is seems an excessive charge

Prepaid but had to call to gain entrance. Spent ages finding my car as the signs were not obvious for the row I was in. The two cars in front took ages to get out and both had to call for help. Fortunately my ticket worked

on arrival had a problem finding a space people had parked up on kerbs all over the place found a proper space after a lot of searching you need to have staff on-site to police this also looked like there was to many cars for available spaces I will not be using plane parking again

Great distance from the terminal, but to find a parking space was not easy to find. At one point we thought we were not going to get a space. I thought about phoning Plane parking, but I could not find a contact number to call. The experience could have been better.

I had plane parking long stay. Plane parking area was closed. It then took me 15 to get into long stay car park where I contact a member of your staff to ensure my pre booked ticket was valid for this area. It was confirmed at thi stage as valid. If a car park is closed then an e mail should be sent prior to travel to provide details of car park to use.

Got to Edinburgh Airport, and followed the directions provided only to find that the Plain Parking was closed, we got parked in the Long Stay but would have been nice if they'd bothered to tell us before travel. No knowing the airport we spent 20mins driving around looking for an alternate entrance.

On trying to leave ( and despite prepaying ) i was asked to pay £95 So i had to speak to the machine and eventually it was answered and eventually I didnt have to pay anything but at the end of a long day and when wanting nothing more than to get home it was the last thing needed( and there was no apology)

It sounds as though our automatic number plate recognition (ANPR) system hasn't registered you upon entry. When this occurs, it means our system doesn't match you to your booking and you are then charged the roll-up rate in error upon exit. At the car park it is quite some distance to the terminal building as there is no shuttle service mmmm did not give a reason for this .On my return to go home and find the car it was raining quite heavy so it was not very pleasant when I tried to exit the barrier would not lift and a message appeared saying I was due an outstanding to the sum of £179 which was incorrect as I had already paid for the parking,very frustrating indeed but luckily the gentleman in the control room got it sorted out seemingly the nrc camera did not get me coming. In
