“Could not find bus stance for pick up at airport on our return. Also, I called website tel. No. to discover it invalid. Very angry and decided to walk. Will use our regular parking in future where all their drop-off and pick-up stances are well known.”
“Too far away from the airport. And the bus stop was too far away too. Only two bus stops and it was a huge area. Although the bus driver was incredibly good at asking what area to drop you off. But in the middle of the night. Nooo”
“On screen ask for over £650 for parking when I had already paid the full amount. This is not the first time. Delayed my getting out carpark. Car next to me was asked for over £900?”
“Was very disappointed trying to leave the airport. The parking was pre-paid but producing the exit ticket the machine said I owed £270(1 week).We then had to park up and try and find someone to help which I eventually did after 30 minutes. We had been on the move for 12 hours which is stressful with 2 young children. Having said this, the location of parking for the terminal is ideal so will definitely book again but will get someone to check my ticket first.”

“On return we could not find bus stop. It was not signposted with other buses. We asked various airport staff who directed us to wrong areas and it took us an hour in pouring rain before we found it. No directions for return were on booking confirmation. There as no way to contact Plane parking by telephone or internet.”
“Easy to book online and clear markings on road to direct me towards the multi storey car park. One downside is that I wasn’t clear that when leaving I didn’t have to put my ticket into the pay machine to have it validated. As a result of doing this, I was charged £66 for parking, which was in addition to the £28.99 I had paid online. The approach to leaving the multi storey car park and not incurring additional cost wasn’t clear to me and the parking has now cost me almost £100 in total.”
“Followed instructions, but no ANPR evidence. No printed car registration on ticket. On departure exit machine tried to charge another £146. Sorted by pressing button and speedy action by a staff member. Apart from that, excellent booking.

“8 Minute walk to the Airport was not too bad, but when we returned it was a downpour and the water does not drain away so had to drag the cases through loads of large puddles as well as getting soaked! Not good driving home with wet clothes.
It was also not clear what Car Park I was supposed to use as I had booked 'Plane Parking' but when I went there I was told I should be at the 'Long Stay Car Park' So all in all I'd say 'Plane Parking' are a bit rubbish.”
“My wife had an accident abroad and I wanted another week. my phone didnt allow premium numbers the email to 2 different addresses ended up in Spain, so god knows what extra charges I face.”
“The parking was ok but I feel the price is very expensive. My car was was also very filthy on return. There was no sign from airport terminal to go up a ramp to the left so we got lost. I would suggest you put a clear signpost near the trams and the ramp on the left”

“Booked for 2 weeks and paid upfront. Hold up on way back from Palma and also luggage issue from a third party at Edinburgh making us later back than expected. Charged another £7!!!! Not happy. Have sent complaint into Edinburgh Airport parking as no contact number for Plane parking!!!”

“I was so disappointed when I arrived back and needed help to find my car !! Also due to delays when we arrived back I then had to pay another £15 as I was over my time. Not happy that I had to be penalised due. To bad organisation with the airport . So I am hoping that someone will see that in good faith you return the £15 please.
