On my return journey home many people had to wait around 40mins for the bus to take us back to the car park. A few people tried calling Plane Parking but all calls went to voicemail. Really disappointing as you just want to get home.....

Having pre bookied and pre paid for car parking for two days I tried to exit the car park using the ticket given on arrival, only to be asked for a fee of £95 to exit the carpark !! I was under the impression that my vehicle registration was to be taken on arrival and the same would happen when I was leaving, showing that I had pre paid ?? I got out of the carpark in the end by pressing the help button but due to intercom system not being that good they could not hear me very well, I was asked to re enter my ticket again and confirm my registration?! But all was good, got out in the end and it was worth it to know that if I had not pre paid it would have cost me £95 ..!!

I prepaid my parking and wasn’t aware that this parking is not manned and I would have to take a ticket from a machine. I wondered how this would work on my return as the ticket did not register my car details. Fortunately I asked the bus driver and he was able to tell me I would have to press the speaker button on the terminal which I did, however if I was unaware of this the machine was telling me to pay £150 😩 for 6 nights

Still improvements to be made. Email guide lacked information on departure procedure. Most other carparks I've used at EDi work on anpr and automatically open and close gates. I fully expected that anpr would open barrier on departure but this failed...and ticket useless. No staff on duty to ask, no means to buzz through to any form of control, contact information on website ineffective... Aside from that it was good value but the whole operation looks like there js still snagging

I was asked for £174 when collecting my car after a weeks holiday. I’d already paid online and prior to travelling. This is very confusing

Booking was straight forward but on arrival the license plate recognition did not work and I had to draw a ticket from the barrier to get in. On departure 7 days later the barrier did not open and on insertion of the ticket I was told to pay 270 odd £. The “error” was then corrected by someone we could contact via their call system. Note , the car park is unmanned and i could not find a phone helpline on their page/confirmation email or the ticket . The experience was unnecessarily stressful and I would not use them again despite the cheaper price.

Quite far away from terminal and bus not every 7 minutes. We walked it and didn’t pass one. On our return got on plane parking bus, showed driver ticket sat down waited for the bus to continue to our far away car park to be told on wrong bus...! Walked the rest. Ticket not being accepted by machine - asking for £140 - called service button and allowed out.

The ticket issued had no reg details listed on it so I knew there would be problems when exiting the car park. I parked near the entrance and didn't see the bus stops so waited at the entrance with an elderly lady who, it turns out, was unable to walk any distances. As the bus came towards us the driver was gesticulating that we were not going to be picked up as we were not at a bus stop. He did stop as I had gesticulated back that the lady couldn't walk. He was worried that he would lose his job for picking us up not from the bus stop. Why would that be? He relented and let us on. He informed us that all the special assistance and disabled parking was at the bus stops and it tells you this on the email confirmation. I never read this stuff as it's just a parking service and shouldn't be that complicated. The lady informed him that she didn't make the booking directly so was not informed of the detail. If parking has to be explained then there's something wrong with your process. On return the inevitable happened where on submitting my ticket I was asked for £95 as a parking fee. Needless to say this was not going to be paid so contacted the help and he apologised and lifted the barrier. So my impression of your business is: 1. You are clearly putting undue pressure on your staff who are not allowed to pick up an old disabled lady if she wasn't at a bus stop 2. Your systems are unable to operate as expected by not recognising reg numbers 3. Waiting at the bus stop to take me back to the car park the secure airparks buses are far more frequent. Not a great service On return I asked the

When I reached exit I was informed I owed £165 even though I prepaid. I couldn't find a communication button and had to abandon car at barrier and walk to kiosk where I made contact and you allowed me to leave, no reason given

I had trouble exiting the car park. Auto number plate recognition did not work and nobody answering the intercom despite several calls.

Had to wait longer than expected for a bus to pick up from the airport to get back to the car park. No signage or way of contacting the company.

Booked prepaid online. Arrived at 0500hrs and not a sole to be seen. Unsure if I was in the right car park I called the intercom only to be told I was in the wrong place. Due to my persistence the man on the intercom checked again and said he found my booking on another system. On my return when I put my ticket into the exit barrier, it stated I was still to pay £170 !! Eventually, thing were sorted out. Stressful and not impressed in the slightest.

Booked this parking for the first time, arrived at car park at 2.30 in the morning and couldn’t get in after about 5 mins got in.. got bus to airport, on return waited for the bus for about 20 mins at 6am in the morning, then again couldn’t get out the car park for another 5mins as the barriers wouldn’t open !!!!

There is no trolley near the bus stops. All spaces close to bus stops were full. I struggled with my luggage. Being much farther away int a barren land, a bit too isolated and scary unless their is at least one more soul. Other wise, airport transfer time is acceptable, and relatively cheaper option.

Negatives: Parking was much further than I thought and than was indicated in the email. The ticket showed we had to pay £140 on exit despite prepaying the parking fee of £25. Positives: Ticket issue sorted fairly quickly on pressing the intercom. Bus came frequently.

Overall a reasonable experience, soured by the fact that someone had clearly collided with my car while I was abroad. Not sure if I should blame tight spaces or human stupidity.

The transfer bus did arrive within 10min but it then took a further 40min for the bus to leave the carpark. I even spoke with the bus driver to ask if we could leave the carpark and was given a grumpy response. I was catching a domestic flight and just made it in time to the departure gate. Will try a different parking company for my next flight.

Very disappointed at the poor information provided online after booking.I was not told that there is a barrier on entry and you had to take a ticket. Then once parked there were no signs to say where the bus add-on it was dark and I happened to see some lights in a shelter and as there were other people there I assumed that that was where the bus pick up w as.There was no-one to ask. Then when I returned the machine would not accept my ticket and it showed up as £120 to pay.I had to th en change lanes to get someone to help me as the sign was up saying no-one was available in the help buttonFinally the girl in the help button opene d the barrier.I would not use this parking again as I prefer to have someone there to book me in like all the other car parks I have used
