I waited 10 mins to exit the car park by then there was a huge Que behind me very embarrassing. Scott Marshall.

Hi Every time we have parked we are unable to exit the car park. On our recent visit when we exited we were told we had parked in the wrong car park is was not plane parking.

So arrived at the car park, everything fine! Parked at a spot near to a bus stop, got the cases out the car only to find out that that bus stop wasn't being used and we had to walk a fair distance to the next one! Baring in mind this is in December and it was snowing - we were freezing and with a young child! On return we got on the bus to go back to the car park. Again a fair distance away and was told this is the last stop so same again had to a walk a fair distancein the freezing cold about 10 at night to get to the car! Will not be booking with them again. The car was fine but just not the best service with the bus. There was two bus stops closer to where we were parked but the bus didn't go to them - pointless!

1 It's quite a walk from where we'd parked to the bus pick up point. 2 We had quite a wait in freezing conditions on our return. 3 No indication of which bay would be used. Couldn't someone just have added a sign?

Booking not recognised at the gate. I found the confirmation email on my phone and gave the booking reference to the person manning the intercom. Still reluctant to open the barrier

Parked at bus stance 6 but the nearest working bus stop is 4. Cut a hole in the fence and let the bus through. Another problem-only one exit gate got stuck behind 2 drivers whose ticket did not work-had to wait while they phoned.

When leaving car park could not get out!! Went to barrier inserted ticket but obviously registration number not recognised! Had to reverse away from barrier as other cars waiting to exit car park. Pressed for help but not answered very quickly! Eventually got someone who confirmed that I had pre booked. He told me to drive car to barrier but had hung up by time I did! Eventually exited car park! Not a happy customer!

when we were leaving I put my ticket in the machine and was getting charged £80 for my prebooked and prepaid stay for 1 week. Just as well someone was at the other end of the intercom to sort it out . Quite disapointing really

The actual arriving at the Car Park was faultless but trying to leave in the pitch black with freezing temperatures and the camera does not recognise your number plate and the screen tells you to go back and pay nearly £200 in Parking Fees so you press for help and after a lengthy wait as other customers were having the same problem and a queue was now forming the operator was asking for the Booking Reference Number which was in the suitcase in the boot of the car because we were told we wouldn't need anything else to get through the departure gate the operator asked us several questions before allowing us to exit ????????????

Rated poor due to us having an outstanding amount of £145 appearing on the barrier as we were leaving the car park. This was totally incorrect. We had to contact the office via the button on the barrier and quote our reference to the operator. We were then allowed through the barrier. However, I need now to check that no further charges have been made. Otherwise it would have been good.

we have used planeparking at Edinburgh airport , long stay ,many times . twice now on arrival back , the automatic exit gates has not allowed us to leave even though we had pre paid.The hassle of having to find the confirmation dteails etc and talk over the intercomm with operator is the last thing you want when you arrive back after a flight and you just want to get home

as pensioners we found the walk to nearest bus was to far. nearest stop was out of action.we then found walk from drop-off to check in was even further.

Upon driving to the barrier the ticket machine decided I owed £45 this wasn't the case as I had pre-paid ,the operator asked me for my booking reverence it to me 10 mins to locate online , this should'nt have happened, if I had not had accesses would they have let me through , I think not . The online is as I understand is to book with license plate which it didn't react too

Waited half an hour in the reception area to drop off before having to contact them to send someone to take the car away. Defeats the point. would have been quicker (and cheaper) parking in the furthest away car park and walking. Some breakdown in communication between barrier operator and valet I think but I'm in the freezing cold for half an hour.

When we arrived at the allocated zone there was no parking space available for our jeep therefore we had to park up on a grass verge and just hope that everything would be ok. We were worried that it would be towed away

Car parking at Edinburgh is becoming a farce and a rip off. Prices are going up and this is now a 5 min walk to wait ten mins for a bus. It's almost becoming more time and cost effective to get taxi for the 35 mile trip to the airport for early flights.

No available parking places, managed to sqeeze into unmarked space near trolley bay, left a note on car indicating problem. Other drivers having to circle car park looking for spaces. NOT Good

We were told to park in Car park R or S. We drove around many times. There were no spaces. Others were doing the same thing. I went to press the buzzer at the barrier for assistance. I was told just park anywhere the letter doesn't matter. Had we left that carpark to go and look around others at this stage we would have missed our flight. Parked car in a not so suitable place as did another lady for fear of missing flight. Not sure would book with you again. Why specify Car parks R and S when anyone or indeed anywhere will do!!!!
