“Delighted to discover that the parking process, and collection, were both as efficient and straightforward as FastPark claimed them to be. The availability of staff on the site was re-assuring too. I thought the cost of my week's parking, so close to the terminal, was reasonable and fair. Would not hesitate to use again, in fact, driving from Morpeth in Northumberland, Edinburgh Airport is now as attractive as Newcastle, thanks to Fast Park.”
“Directions took me through airport barrier and had to pay £4 ! Was sure I followed directions properly but could be wrong. If this is a thing you should let customers know about this beforehand. The signage could be lit up at night a bit better, apart from that it was straight forward .”
“Not clear at booking that the Plane Parking car park at Edinburgh Airport is closed with no shuttle bus and has been closed since Nov 22, we had to park in the long stay car park and a 15 min walk with my elderly mother as no shuttle bus was available from this car park either. Clearer notification required”

As advised on our website before booking there is a yellow warning box for Plane Parking advising there is no shuttle bus in operation.
As advised on your booking confirmation Plane Parking is currently non-operational and you were upgraded to the Long Stay car park. All upgrade information is detailed on your booking confirmation.

“Quite poor that the shuttle bus is off and the price is still the same. Quite a distance to lug a suitcase and the roads in poor condition. Walking route only starts at C4 so lots of dodging cars and pot holes until you get to that point.”

Our long stay shuttle bus was suspended in 2020. The car park is an approximate 12 minute walk to the terminal and we find it to be a manageable distance for most customers. Those who find the distance unmanageable can contact us directly to discuss how we can support them.
The long stay car park is marketed as a facility that does not have a shuttle bus and this is confirmed on our website and booking confirmations.
We are actively working on a project that will improve the long stay walking route, we understand that the walking route requires improvement, and we appreciate your patience with us during this time.

“Upgrade was appreciated as it was only a two minute walk to airport . But it took us half an hour to workout where it was we were to park. We followed signs to the Plane Parking carpark only to find a very vague sign telling us we had been given an upgraded . Bit confusing but happy enough with the carpark once we worked it out.”
