“Great service, easy to book easy to use. The only thing I would suggest changing is to make it clear on the Home page how the system works. The information is there on the website but you have to search for it. On the booking page they should have the details that once you book all you do is drive up to the barrier wait a few seconds for the number plate recognition and then take the ticket. On exit the reverse happens and once your number is recognised the barrier lifts. For first-time users, it would be a real help if they had that information in an obvious place on the Home page instead of having to look through a series of info pages to find out. Once you have experience with it then you are OK but for the first time, it was hard to find out how the whole process worked.”
“The parking access was blocked with cones. There was a sign saying closed you have been upgraded. Unfortunately it did tell you where I had been upgraded too. After speaking to some passing workers they told me to go to the long stay car park. There should have been clear instructions telling this but there were not any. If it wasn’t for the workmen passing by I could have missed my check in. Get it sorted.”
“It's a really value for money option but the directions and instructions on the website are very confusing especially during the winter parking period where no buses run. Poor signage in the parking area to find walk way etc”

“Delighted to discover that the parking process, and collection, were both as efficient and straightforward as FastPark claimed them to be. The availability of staff on the site was re-assuring too. I thought the cost of my week's parking, so close to the terminal, was reasonable and fair. Would not hesitate to use again, in fact, driving from Morpeth in Northumberland, Edinburgh Airport is now as attractive as Newcastle, thanks to Fast Park.”
“Directions took me through airport barrier and had to pay £4 ! Was sure I followed directions properly but could be wrong. If this is a thing you should let customers know about this beforehand. The signage could be lit up at night a bit better, apart from that it was straight forward .”
“Not clear at booking that the Plane Parking car park at Edinburgh Airport is closed with no shuttle bus and has been closed since Nov 22, we had to park in the long stay car park and a 15 min walk with my elderly mother as no shuttle bus was available from this car park either. Clearer notification required”

As advised on our website before booking there is a yellow warning box for Plane Parking advising there is no shuttle bus in operation.
