This is a bit ironic......we had our holiday cancelled due to Covid19, So we no longer needed to use the facilities. I emailed twice and also phoned to see about a refund but as of today 24th May I Have had no response from you......?? I wasn’t even bothered about a refund I was happy with a credit to use next year...
My next step is to go to the credit card and demand a refund.... 😡
