Only recommendation would be to have a sign in the window of the bus or sign writing on the side as a small bus picked us up and a big one took us to the airport so we weren’t sure it was the correct vehicle”
“All went fine until we had to get the bus and we didn’t knew exactly which bus stop to take.
Email sent with booking details does not provide such details so we ended up walking from the terminal to the car park. A bit disappointing.”
Thank you for your review. Our long stay shuttle bus was suspended in 2020. The car park is an approximate 12 minute walk to the terminal and we find it to be a manageable distance for most customers. Those who find the distance unmanageable can contact us directly to discuss how we can support them.
The long stay car park is marketed as a facility that does not have a shuttle bus and this is confirmed on our website and booking confirmations.

“We have used Fast Park at Edinburgh Airport any a number of occasions and find it excellent value for money and convenience. Staff are always friendly, helpful and courteous irrespective of time of day or night”
“We prepaid for parking for a week but on arrival there were no spaces available. We had to wait till someone left which ate into out time to catch flight. So many cars were doubled parked/on double yellow lines which made navigating the car park horrendous and almost impossible. Our flight was cancelled so had to pay an overnight fee which won't be refunded. Awful experience”

“Found the car park easily by using Google maps sat nav. Found a space, Found the bus stop. Bus was waiting for us and took us straight to airport. However on return our flight from Paris was cancelled. Didn't have outgoing calls in France so asked a family member to try ringing the car park to let them know we would be picking up the car late. There is only one number on Google and its not right. Kept saying unrecognised number. She tried multiple times. Nowhere on manage my booking to let them know this, or to update car pick up time. No email address, no contact form. Communication very poor therefore. Got to the car park the next afternoon to collect car, came up saying we had an outstanding amount of £45. Refused to pay. Not our fault our flight was cancelled. Ridiculous charge. Phone the intercom and the guy couldn't even find our booking. Couldn't find the name, even asked me if I was in the right car park! Then said our booking had in fact ended a whole day and a half before. No it bloody hadn't. I know what date and time I booked. I checked it several times before I paid. Finally realised I was right and just lifted the barrier and let us go. Just a whole hassle we didn't need whilst stranded in Paris with a 10 year old and whilst trying to get home.”
“Wouldn’t park anywhere else now for airport. Competitive price and always seem to get bus in a nano second. Plus bus drivers are always super friendly and helpful.”
“Difficulty finding it initially, postcode took to back of airport not carpark - and instructions included "from Hilton" and another hotel which we didn't know. Once located it was very easy and convenient. Friendly shuttle bus driver. No delays. Will use again now we know where it is.”

“Good service overall - straight into the carpark and a shuttle bus every 10 minutes or so - day and night. Number plate recognition, so you don't need to do anything if you've paid in advance; just drive in, and drive out when you return from holiday.
You will need to follow the directions carefully to the parking, though the way is signposted, to avoid ending up in the wrong carpark.
Book and pay in advance if possible, unless you're a millionaire; its way cheaper...”
“I had a fantastic experience in May so booked again for August. In May the drivers were exceptionally helpful and courteous. I had a walking stick and they helped with my case and in fact every passenger’s case - taking it on and off the bus. I’m August flying out of Edinburgh the driver was again very helpful but a week later when we landed in Edinburgh on Monday 21st August at 02.00am the driver was more than rude and watched me struggle with my walking stick in one hand and trying to lift my case onto the bus - I asked “can you help?” The driver’s reply was “I’m not here to help you” I told him I’m struggling to lift my case on and was told “that’s your problem”.
I said “this is unbelievable” and he said “I’m only here to drive the bus so get away”. I said “ “you must be very proud of yourself” and he said “I am now get away” - he stayed in his seat and said he was only there to drive the bus. I said “surely it would be common courtesy to help a disabled person” and I was told again to “get away”.
All very upsetting and embarrassing”
