“I had a pannck attack the day before departure so had to just abort my travel plans. However I found it impossible to contact plane parking to ask for refund so won't be using them again or maybe. Their site doesn't have a contact number that actually works and they just act as a middle man to send you to different car parks at airport. No contact number that works and no email but they're quick enough to take your money”
“I don't know why I haven't used Plane Parking before: super practical, affordable (compared to other options) and easy to use. Booking was easy. Dropping the car was easy. Picking up the car was easy. Instructions are very clear. And you can't be closer to the terminal!”
“Arrived at Edinburgh Airport and followed the well signed posted directions to the parking area. There we were greeted by an assistant who directed us to a temporary parking spot. The assistant provided clear instructions on our next steps, booking our keys in, and we left to board our plane, it was a 3 min walk to the terminal. On our return we scanned our receipt on the well signposted reader, it provided the location of our car and the locker which held our keys. The process was simple, cheap and well worth the money - I will certainly use this service again.”

“I have no idea when the car park was laid out but the spaces are ridiculously small for today's cars. The original Mini was 1.41mtrs wide - the current one is 1.76 mtrs wide - there has also been a huge shift to SUV's which are larger in every dimension. I don't want my car marked because someone is careless when opening their car door. It's a pity that you fall down in this critical aspect because apart from that it is an excellent service if somewhat pricey.”

I can confirm our car parking spaces within our car parks are as standard and are the same as parking spaces within a shopping centres car park or a supermarket.
