“First time using Edinburgh Airport, and parking facilities. Was difficult to find due to this and the fact that after enquiring about exact location was given a postcode that covered the whole of Edinburgh Airport… was east enough after that found my space and was picked up at the bus shelter. Returning was a bit of a challenge as we required Special assistance for my disabled mother. They took us to bus stance 7, left us, we were then directed back to the terminal to cross the bridge with 3 cases and my mother in a wheelchair. Bit of a hassle really.”

“was a bit difficult to find but once there plenty of parking. put ticket in machine and was asked to pay £150. but I had paid online when I booked. it took the operator a few minutes to sort it out, was not impressed with this at all”

It sounds as though our automatic number plate recognition (ANPR) system hasn't registered you upon entry. When this occurs, it means our system doesn't match you to your booking and you are then charged the roll-up rate in error upon exit. This doesn't happen often but when it does, I understand the frustration that it causes.

“Booked this online for a 5 day stay, straightforward process, finding the site was okay but could do with more signs on route at airport perimeter, the access was easy for us and the parking space sizes were fine although it was pretty full, maybe we were lucky to find a space near a bus stop, transit to airport was 5 minutes, again we were lucky to have minimal delay to and from airport site, the return flight was delayed by 30 minutes but there is a 2 hr period of grace, good value with little fuss, did not require any help so can't comment on the availability of support but would use again.”
“Very easy to find and only had to wait a few minutes for bus service to and from terminal this is the second time I've used the car park this year and will definitely be using it anytime I fly from Edinburgh”
