“I use plane parking because it’s the best price , as usual though it was a problem to leave tha car park. I put ticket in machine and it wanted to charge me £350 ,wish you guys could fix this issue , but bus service was good and good price .”

It sounds as though our automatic number plate recognition (ANPR) system hasn't registered you upon entry. When this occurs, it means our system doesn't match you to your booking and you are then charged the roll-up rate in error upon exit. This doesn't happen often but when it does, I understand the frustration that it causes.

“Would recommend fast Trak parking. Have used this on a few occasions and have only had slight issues in leaving. Had to press the intercom to be let out every time I had left. Being slightly picky though.”
“The only reason it was not 5 stars was because it wasm't obvious where to get the shuttle bus from the terminal...we ended up walking, following the red sign. At the bus stop, it needs to ssy " Plane Parking bus stop".
Otherwise it was great and will definately use again.”
“All very straightforward and best price car park I could find. Buses run very frequently, and it's only a very short journey to/from the airport. Directions are very clear. Everything went very smoothly. Our flight was delayed by 2 hours on return and we exited the car park without any issue.”
