“Was ok service until we were leaving my car when through no issue but my mother-in-law’s car stated she owed 325 pounds even though I had booked both cars on the same booking was rectified within 10 minutes but last thing you need at that time in the morning”
Hi Tracey,
It sounds as though our automatic number plate recognition (ANPR) system hasn't registered you upon entry. When this occurs, it means our system doesn't match you to your booking and you are then charged the roll-up rate in error upon exit. This doesn't happen often but when it does, I understand the frustration that it causes.

“I found my most recent experience of Plane Parking to be very very expensive - (2-3 times more this time around for a week's parking than I would normally pay).
I have traditionally tended to fly from Edinburgh over Glasgow due to the more reasonable parking costs at Edinburgh. If this is a sign of things to come, I will be going back to flying from Glasgow at this rate.”

“Excellent service. Quick arrival of transfer bus in both directions. Also thanks to the security team, on return to our car after 7 days holiday, back driver side window was covered by clear film, it turned out this window must have lowered fully when we left our car, I hate to think what would have happened if the open window had not been covered. “Can someone tell me why I was charged £190 at 04.20am this morning on the 18th September 2023.My booking ref no is 096ANKTOX.My return flight from Antalya was flight no LS710,it was delayed due to operational reasons.On my return to Edinburgh,I couldn't get out of the car park as had to do this payment to get out.I am extremely angry.And I am asking for a full refund of this money.As the delayed flight,was not my fault and I am being penalised for some reason.”

“Easy to find and park.
Very friendly and helpful bus drivers. We didn't have to walk to nearest bus stop. The driver stopped and picked us up right beside our car.
On return, we got off at bus stop and started walking to car and driver stopped to ask if we wanted to get back on if the walk was too far!
Both journeys they actually carried luggage onto bus for us.
First class service!!
Only problem we encountered was, when exiting car park, we inserted ticket and machine said we were due nearly £300, which was quite scary as we had already paid. This was rectified quickly once we spoke with someone, who lifted barrier for us to exit.”
