“I have used plane parking a few times now and found it very easy to find my way around the car park,park my car & board the buses.This time though,the early morning bus driver was VERY rude to myself when I dropped my husband and 2 cases off at the bus stop (literally about 30secs) before I parked the car.”

Thank you for your review. It sounds as though our automatic number plate recognition (ANPR) system hasn't registered you upon entry. When this occurs, it means our system doesn't match you to your booking and you are then charged the roll-up rate in error upon exit. This doesn't happen often but when it does, I understand the frustration that it causes.

“Plane parking was great to use, you just drove up to the barrier collected you ticket, parked your car in a space and walked into the terminal which took less than 10 minutes. On return you drive to the barrier inserted your ticket and drove out. I will certainly be using them the next time I fly from Edinburgh”
“Easy to book and find the car park with a short walk to the airport. However, our flight was cancelled for 2 days and you are unable to extend your stay which made booking for the extra two days one very difficult to find availability in the same car park and two it was more expensive as it was last minute booking”
