“Was all good although we were moved car parks without prior knowledge . When we turned up at Plane parking it was in darkness and cones across the front gates . We had to scramble around in the dark and tried the intercom at gate , luckily someone answered and told us we were upgraded to car park in front of terminal , it would have been nice to have been told before we arrived .”

“Having booked the parking space just 24 hours prior to departure I was shocked to find, upon arrival that the car park was closed and had just a sign declaring ‘you have been upgraded’ but with absolutely no information as to where to go instead.
Having no time to spare before the intended flight, I parked in the terminal car park which should have incurred a cost of £165 for the five days I was away. We’re it not for the generosity of spirit if the gate attendant on the night of my departure (to whom I am very grateful) I would have had to pay this extortionate fee to exit the car park as I ought to have been in the ‘long stay’ car park. Had there been ANY information to this effect at the barricaded Plane Parking gate, I would have not made this error. Overall it worked out okay but was very stressful at the time. Information in the confirmation email would surely have been easy enough to include?”

As advised in your booking confirmation, Plane Parking is currently non-operational during the winter season and that you have been upgraded to the long stay car park. As advised on the sign at the entry of Plane Parking, it states 'pre booked? you have been upgraded' and I can confirm the upgrade details are on your booking confirmation.

I’m sorry to hear you found our wayfinding confusing. Clear signage is one of the most important things to have in any busy environment, but especially in an airport. We believe that we have adequate signage in place for all our car parks and the multi-storey car park is the only car park with multiple stories therefore we find that customers can differentiate this from all of our other car parks.

“Easy to find as good sign posting and instructions from email.
Thought the barrier would automatically open on arrival having supplied car registration on booking the parking but had to take ticket to gain entry. Was concerned that this meant I had gone to wrong car park despite following instructions but no I hadn’t and exiting was easy, just presented ticket to barrier and able to leave car park.”
“Plane Parking was by far the cheapest parking we could find for a week at Edinburgh Airport. Unfortunately, our flight back was cancelled and we returned a day later than we had booked for. Assumed that we would be ripped off for car parking on our return but Plane Parking didn't charge us any extra. We fly from Edinburgh a few times a year and will always use Plane Parking in future.”
“As there is no shuttle bus for this airport parking, this is great option as long as you don't have too much luggage with you. Also, don't choose if you have mobility issues as it's about a 10-minute walk.
It's definitely a cheaper deal when compared to most other Edinburgh airport parking.
Our homeward flight was delayed and there were no issues at the car park for the extra time it took to return to our car. Great service.”
“Dark and wet so hard to see where to go for the terminal but easy enough to find the car park. Cars abandoned everywhere didn't help!

“Parking was good. This is the 2nd time I have used this carpark. The only complaint I have is that every time we leave we have to contact office as it is always trying to charge us extra.”
