“Easy online transaction, and best price at Edinburgh Airport. The actual Plane Parking site is closed at the moment, but got a free upgrade to long stay site. Only problem was how to exit the car park, which was not described clearly. You pick up a ticket on entry, and you insert ticket on exit. I spoke to the attendant on exit, and once ticket was inserted - barrier lifted.”

“Very close to arrivals, only thing i would say is to include postcode for carpark in email receipt, as this carpark isn't signed as plane parking and we ended up nearly parking in the wrong carpark. Once we realised it was this one we knew we were in the right place and perfect for getting to arrivals sharp.”

I am sorry to hear of your recent experience whilst using our Car Park. It sounds as though our automatic number plate recognition (ANPR) system hasn't registered you upon entry. When this occurs, it means our system doesn't match you to your booking and you are then charged the roll-up rate in error upon exit. This doesn't happen often but when it does, I understand the frustration that it causes.

“Airport easy access from motorway's M8 and M9 well sign posted directions to parking lot due to time of year bus service was off and received free upgrade to long stay parking 10 minutes walk to terminal .”
“Only giving 4/5 because you can’t hit a button on the site to give you maps link on phone as there are many car parks and they all look the same. Al’s, after I prepaid for parking online I returned from trip, put ticket in at gate and it came up on screen saying I owed £270 ! I phoned office and they let gate up but wasn’t a good experience. Car park fine though.”
