Fantastic service! Easy to order (and I love the fact that the choice is simple). The tree itself is awesome. Much better quality for the money than the trees you buy at markets etc. in London. We're coming back every year.

Unfortunately delivery was 2 hours late. Sango did call at 1pm to say he was on his way with the tree but didn't arrive until closer to 3pm. Deliver was expected between 8am - 1pm. Appreciate it's a busy time of year and traffic can be a problem.

Having (1) delivered us a dead tree, which we rejected, (2) missed the time slot during which you agreed to deliver a replacement, your team then arrived with a tree that was 2ft smaller than agreed, and it also appears to be half dead. I am happy to terminate the contract, return the tree and take a full refund. Please call me tomorrow to arrange. 0779 4349179.

I was disapppointed as I ordered 2 bunches of holly but was given 2 sprigs.I told the driver but he was only able to give me another sprig & a bunch of mistletoe.

I called last week to see if date could be change and was informed it couldn't but what they could do was to get the driver to call 20 minutes before hand. I said ok that should be fine. We had not heard and we had to pop out and took phone with us a little worried we left a note on the door just in case and asked if he could leave outside if out. And of course we was only out for a little while and the tree arrived. The tree was left outside but not put up as requested, please can you inform as to why as we paid the extra for this.\nRegards\nDawn

You delivered a half dead tree yesterday that we sent back. Today you have not turned up and your employee is not answering his phone.

We are very disappointed. \nWhat we received is an absolutely horrible tree: \n- half of it is covered in mud\n- upper half has no brunches almost at all\n- half of lower half is missing\n- it is supposed to be a non-drop tree (I know what that means from my childhood, and I can confirm this is not one...)\nReally miserable experience so far. \nNo disrespect to the staff, but the guy bringing the tree spoke absolutely ZERO English and wasn't even able to answer the simplest question ("what type of tree this is?" answer: "5 ft".....)

Not happy with my tree at all. It has a double trunk and doesn't fit holder as it is too wide. It is impossible to get it straight. Can I exchange it for another one? I am really disappointed.

Very late (21.20) delivery with no call at any time to let us when the delivery would be -- just showed up and knocked on the door. Tree itself was unsatisfactory -- lower branches on one side all broken and quite asymmetrical (tree was also full of dirty straw but that, unlike broken branches, I could fix). Driver had no extra trees so sent tree away with him with instructions to replace it.

Fresh tree with soft needles, however for a non drop tree I am not impressed. Expected mess setting up this tree but as soon as you touch it loads drop. Fed up hoovering today 4 flights of stairs (not your fault) and front room 3 times during set up. If this is a non drop tree would hate to see a normal one. Considering artificial tree next year because if the mess

I gave feedback for the disappointment I felt regarding the way your delivery options are worded as I feel this is very misleading! I have received an email back with an apology and a refund of my delivery charge. I wish to acknowledge my gratitude for this offer and would like to say thank you for the speedy and very generous way this has been dealt with. Full marks for customer service. May I retract my earlier comments and say thanks once again!

I am disgusted at being misled !! Your website states choose the date of when your parcel will be delivered. I chose 6th Dec knowing I would be at home. When my parcel didn't arrive I was told it was dispatched on 6th and would be 3-5 days after this date!! I am so angry at being misled. I am moving house on 10th Dec and would never have chosen for delivery after this date. I am going to contact Citizens Advice as i think there is a law against deliberately misleading customers when selling an item! I won't be using your website again and will definitely share my views with everybody.

I have been getting my tree every year from you for a few years now and every year has been great apart from this year. Not a very pretty tree. Very uneven and no branches aa the bottom.

We have bought trees from you for years, from Brick Lane, but this year decided to order online. We've had the tree for four days, and its already lost a huge number of needles, and we're worried we'll have a bald tree by christmas. We've watered well, and kept it away from heat - all the things to keep it healthier for longer, but to no avail. we've loved your trees as they've stayed well until Jan, and thats why we always have come back to you, but i don't know if this was stored somewhere for too long, but we are not happy christmas elves! Having to wait until 11.05pm for delivery is completely unacceptable. Added to this I asked the driver not to phone again or ring the doorbell as we have a small baby who was sleeping, he then rang twice more and rang the doorbell. Really very unimpressed for the price of delivery.

I ordered a tree from your company on the 20th November as I thought having it delivered would relieve the hassle of trying to collect it. It was supposed to arrive today and I received an email yesterday stating that as we had a "budget" delivery that you could not give me a precise time (even though in my confirmation email you stated that I will be given an allocated time slot)! £20 in my opinion is not a budget delivery especially with an expensive tree and the time off work- and still no tree. It is now 2150hrs and still no news from the driver, I have attempted to call him but it goes directly to his voicemail. I have been in all day and took time off work especially for this. I have tried calling your office but off course you are closed! I will never use your services again and will be sure to make sure none of our friends, family or neighbours do either. Having your christmas tree is supposed to be a special part of Christmas, but you have ruined it. Very expensive for an awful service!

I got home to find no tree rang the freight office it was closed. Rang pines and they were lovely rang me back and said they'd been told deliveries were still happening. In fact they had ignore the printed instructions to leave tree in garage or go to number 26. At 8pm a person in the road had to carry my tree round to my house. They'd left it with a totally different neighbour and left no message. Very disappointed with the courier but full marks to staff at pines who were so polite and so helpful.\nVal
