“My tree (6 foot Nordman) arrived today as planned (I was in all day so used the budget delivery service and I received a warning as promised when the driver was nearby). and It is perfect. I have never bought one unseen before and I think it is one of the nicest ones we have ever had. Great shape including at the top and beautiful thick dark green needles, not many of which shed on it being carried upstairs (still in the wrapping). Would definitely use this site again.”

“I ordered a tree and decs and a stand as a surprise for my sister, unfortunately somehow it was lost between the store and dispatch. I was advised there was no other delivery slot until Tuesday and no way to get it delivered for this weekend. It was very disappointing that no solution could be offered to deliver for tomorrow or Saturday, and I paid to have it delivered at 12.30 today. No one informed me there was an issue with goods and delivery and I only found out because I called chasing it this evening. I have asked for a refund but have received no email acknowledgment that a refund has been processed although I was advised it would be done, howeverI would be happier with some written acknowledgement of when the funds will return. I used the service last year with no issue but this year it has been awful and very disappointing.”

Dear Customer, Thank you for your review. Our system says that you are due a refund but it can take up to 14 days to land into your account. I will pass your comments onto our team to investigate further with our external couriers. We will use this to better improve our service and communications.

“Had a really lovely buying experience with Pines and Needles in Chiswick :) left to wander around and check out the trees, all nicely laid out so you can see them without having to unpack them, and then feel guilty as it's not the tree you want! No hard sell - very kindly chopped the bottom off, which is something I hate doing myself and pulled a muscle last year doing it! :D Such nice positive people working there and James (who served me) was really good at providing me with information and also helped me to the car with said Christmas Tree! Thanks to Pines & Needles Chiswick - I'll be back next year! Merry Christmas!”

“I went in to enquire about trees and met such a lovely man called Jed who gave me all the info I needed. I didn't end up buying one as didn't have the transport but will definitely do so as the trees are such good quality and the service so brilliant. I'll be back asap!”

“We bought our chistmas tree in Pudney. Nice place, amazing decoration and the best christmas athmosphere. We had good advices from a Spanish guy, called Julen, he was very helpfull and funny! We love how the tree turned out at home. We will be back next year.”

“First time using this company and one of the reasons was to get a hassle free delivery of a lovely tree unfortunately the tree was delivered upside down crushing the top! Luckily it hasn’t snapped but taking into account the price for delivery I would have expected it to have been delivered with more care. I’m hoping it doesn’t ruin the tree. I’ll check properly later If so I will get in touch for a replacement.”

“We decided to visit Pines and Needles in Wimbledon Park and very happy we did too. Carla served us and thank god she did as she is very handy with a saw and moves trees around like they weigh nothing. And she was very friendly too! And of course the tree she wrapped up for us is perfect. Thank you - we'll be back next year!”

“Great service - tree is beautiful and was delivered by an exceptionally friendly elf who gave out plenty of tips and couldn't have been friendlier (thanks Hadley!)! Although the window for tree delivery is 8am-10pm (unless you pay extra), you can track the delivery so you can see where your tree is and plan your day accordingly. We had a lovely time decorating last night and the tree looks beautiful - really full and straight!”

“Having been let down by local sellers who did not have any pot grown Fraser firs, a beautiful pot grown Fraser fir tree was delivered on time by Pines and Needles. The 5ft described really is accurate and it smells gorgeous. A pleasurable online ordering experience. I will use Pines and Needles again next year if I cannot source what i want locally again.”

“I paid extra for a delivery slot by courier and have had to take time off work to wait for the tree. It is now 2 hours late and I am unable to track it. I have called Pines and Needles twice and have been asked to contact the courier but I have not been given the right details to even be able to trace where my tree is. This is shocking customer service and though I have bought a number of 12 ft trees from Pines and Needles over the years, I am appalled by your service.”
