“On delivery day, James was really helpful and, given I had an all day time slot, was able to give me enough of an idea of arrival time that I could organise around it. The tree itself is a beauty: regularly shaped, in excellent condition and trimmed just right to fit the base I had waiting. I was so glad to have the cheer of my Christmas tree after the year we've all had!”

“Shirk and road branch. I was fussy about the shape but they opened quite a lot of me. I was helped by all sorts but remember queenie and Julen and the young helper who put the tree in the car for me”

“I bought my tree from Battersea Park. Great location overlooking river thames and I am very happy with my Nordmann Fur which looks gorgeous. Special thanks to Zak who studies geography in Newcastle. He was friendly professional and provided and outstanding service!”

“For the second year running we have bought our Xmas tree from Pines and Needles - this time in Barnes. We were looked after and advised by Rin who was very helpful and knew all the details about each type of tree. We can't wait to decorate it.”

“Went to St Katherines Church in W12 where Iggy gave us the most festive and lovely service and we now have a very gorgeous tree in our front room. Thankyou for making this such a special day.”

“Wednesday- tree finally arrives at 10pm. Driver says ‘worst tree I’ve ever seen’, promises a replacement on Thursday, which the customer service team confirm (by email). Thursday- stayed at home all day for tree delivery, no tree, no communication. Friday- A none apology from customer services but a promise of a tree by 5pm. Driver arrives apologises that tree is no good, promises to return within 2 hours with a replacement. Driver tells our 4 year old there will be a tree when he wakes up in the morning. No tree, no communication. Saturday- Call customer services, promise a replacement, no tree, no communication. Quite honestly the worst customer services I can remember enduring. Do not waste your time or money with this company. They can’t be trusted to do the basics.”

“Tree was a day late - company blamed the delivery guys, delivery guys blamed the company. Tree was delivered to me upside down so the top branches were broken. Many, many of the branches including the ones that really stand out are bare. It was only delivered yesterday and put straight into water. I’m probably going to have to go out tomorrow and get a new one from a place I can see what I’m buying.”
