“Firstly the service has been excellent. Tree delivered as arranged. However, the reason I marked it down was that the tree I received was not particularly healthy. Towards the bottom of the tree, all of the inside branches were brown and no needles, so I was a bit disappointed. I emailed to let them know and received an email response immediately, on a Sunday (!) from Chelsea who very kindly offered to deliver a replacement tree. Because we had already decorated the tree (not expecting to be offered a full replacement!) we decided against the kind offer as it was just too much hassle. So Chelsea then offered us a 15% discount off our tree next year. The customer service was extremely professional and prompt, so really five stars for that, but felt I should mark it down owing to the quality of the tree. Based on the service alone I would definitely buy from them again.”

“I got my tree today from pines and needles in battersea park. I had such a lovely and easy experience. I described the sort of tree I wanted to Zak and he amazingly went and picked out the perfect tree! I must say I am incredibly happy with my service. Top notch.”

“On delivery day, James was really helpful and, given I had an all day time slot, was able to give me enough of an idea of arrival time that I could organise around it. The tree itself is a beauty: regularly shaped, in excellent condition and trimmed just right to fit the base I had waiting. I was so glad to have the cheer of my Christmas tree after the year we've all had!”

“I bought my tree from Battersea Park. Great location overlooking river thames and I am very happy with my Nordmann Fur which looks gorgeous. Special thanks to Zak who studies geography in Newcastle. He was friendly professional and provided and outstanding service!”

“Wednesday- tree finally arrives at 10pm. Driver says ‘worst tree I’ve ever seen’, promises a replacement on Thursday, which the customer service team confirm (by email). Thursday- stayed at home all day for tree delivery, no tree, no communication. Friday- A none apology from customer services but a promise of a tree by 5pm. Driver arrives apologises that tree is no good, promises to return within 2 hours with a replacement. Driver tells our 4 year old there will be a tree when he wakes up in the morning. No tree, no communication. Saturday- Call customer services, promise a replacement, no tree, no communication. Quite honestly the worst customer services I can remember enduring. Do not waste your time or money with this company. They can’t be trusted to do the basics.”

“Tree was a day late - company blamed the delivery guys, delivery guys blamed the company. Tree was delivered to me upside down so the top branches were broken. Many, many of the branches including the ones that really stand out are bare. It was only delivered yesterday and put straight into water. I’m probably going to have to go out tomorrow and get a new one from a place I can see what I’m buying.”
