“Highly recommend pines and needles in Chiswick. The trees are laid out nicely and open so you know exactly what you are picking. Brandon was incredibly polite and helpful to us as were his other two colleagues. Overall super service !”

“Purchased from Wendover Woods today, Appalling experience and no advice given how to maintain tree, as staff are young people who have had 4 hours corporate safety training in London - how know nothing about product they are selling. This no needle drop tree which is still outside has been shedding needles all afternoon started when looked at back of car and even when placed on deck - is going back when I can finally get hold of someone at this company ! This was a very expensive product 52 pounds for 5ft tree and expect it to at least keep its leaves My 1st Christmas experience completely ruined by complete commercial/ corporate greed Also if you are so committed to ethical products & environment - then stop giving staff very cheap ( even worse than primary) fake scottish kilts to wear - what was the point And on top of poor quality product, & services, this large company have replaced a longstanding local seller at this location and have completely ruined what always was a special start to Christmas & the trees never shred 1 needle. Complete disappointment”

“Excellent service from Archie at Wendover. Friendly and helpful. However compared to the previous provider at Wendover the prices have jumped about 30% so the company is not offering as good value as the previous one. We went for a Nordman value 5 foot which was £36. If you choose well then yuo can get a good 'value' one. Non value trees too procey for us”

“Just bought our tree from your Kingston site and the guys could not of been more helpful, Sulen even carried our 7ft tree (i'm 67 years old ) 200 yards home for me! Couldn't be happier used this site last year and will again next year, THANK GUYS.”

“Found a beautiful 7 foot Nordmann and great service at Fulham store last year . Returned looking for same this year but 7 foot but very disappointed as most 7 or 8 foot trees on display had had their branches trimmed to shape which didn’t look good. The chap working there didn’t seem to keen to search through those wrapped as he felt this was a very hit and miss way of selecting a tree .. he did agree to open 2 but again their branches had been badly trimmed!!!”

“Fantastic service from Lucas and Anya at Wendover Woods. Very friendly and helpful - even in the rain! Massive selection both in terms of size and shape. The tree 🌲 is fab [Nordmann Fir 7ft] and the price was the same as or less than last year. Highly recommended.”
