“Worst experience ever. I always get my trees from pines and needles brockwell pk, but moved to Wallington this year so ordered a fraser fir online that cost me £104 with delivery. When it arrived I cried, it was the ugliest tree I have ever seen, all misshapen, unequal, broken, and sticky with sap. I then struggled to get through to their services to resolve, so many calls/emails, had hassle over getting a full refund and had to chase them repeatedly to collect the tree as they expected me to just keep it in my front garden and dispose of it in the new year. Never again, I found a lovely local nursery and got the most beautiful 7ft Nordman fir for £55.”

“We have bought our Christmas trees from Pines and Needles for the last few years but had always chosen our own tree previously. This year we decided to order a tree for the first time and were a little apprehensive about what would be delivered. We ordered a 7 foot tree on Saturday 18th December and it was delivered just after 8am on Sunday 19th December. We were absolutely delighted with the tree and couldn't have picked a better one ourselves. Your delivery driver was first class and we were so happy with the whole experience. Will recommend to all, many thanks.”

“Beautiful tree, shape etc but didn’t drink any water from day one.. I was told by pines & needles that those don’t drink much.. well all dried out and droopy before Xmas! Too much of a mare to replace 10ft tree!!”

“Excellent service Ordered at short notice two days before Christmas eve The tree was lovely quality I ordered a five foot tree and it was lovely and bushy and healthy. When I cut the cords and stood it up it provided instant festive satisfaction even before decorating it Still Hardly any needle drops so far and it’s now the 30th December Would highly recommend pines and needles”

“Delivery driver was helpful and the tree arrived within 2 days of ordering. Tree arrived protected and it was able to be unpacked easily without damaging it. Very happy with my order, will be ordering next year!”

“Last year they were great. The two men that delivered the tree were festive and dressed in kilts. This year the two men were grumpy, not very friendly and did not set the tree up in a stable way. After they left I went to move the tree over a bit and it was lopsided and fell on our tv and broke the screen. We had to replace our tv plus the actual looked like it was already dying. Very dry and browning even though I put water in the bottom stand straight away. Very disappointed this year and I will be using them next year.”

“Firstly I ordered over the phone with them on line then I wanted to check something and the woman I spoke to was so rude that I decided to cancel my order, she informed me she was a manager. Eek. Then by coincidence a tree was bought from pines and needles and we paid for delivery. We requested a morning delivery, we received it at 10.30pm. They also delivered the wrong tree.”
