“Good site to order and have our Xmas tree delivered this year. Unfortunately the 6 ft tree was more like 5ft 6in…On calling Pines and Needles, the lady I spoke to, quickly agreed to replace the tree a couple of days later once I’d sent a photo. The replacement was fine and overall happy.”

“A pine, with needles. Delivered promptly and covid-safely. This was a good start. Branches were unfurled and pine was sufficiently symmetric. Also a good start! The bottom of the trunk had not been shaped or shaved at all, which meant the tree would not even fit in the largest stand we own. This led to me spending an hour whittling the trunk down to size with my trusty Stanley knife, and to the lounge looking like Jepetto's workshop. That minor snafu negotiated, however, the tree stood handsomely in the lounge, adorned with mandatory baubles, star, lights and stealth candy. 2 weeks later, it has barely shed any needles. Overall another Xmas well catered for by the team at P&N; thanks all!”

“I was delivered a Fraser Fir tree, which was not what I had ordered. It only became clear I'd been delivered the wrong tree after I had decorated it, and while I was offered a replacement I didn't have the inclination to strip the tree and decorate another one. The tree I did get was very dense, with tight angled branches which made it difficult to decorate. Despite keeping it in water and topping it up regularly, it shed a lot of needles and was close to bare in some parts by New Year.”

“Great service! The two guys arrived as scheduled, phoned 15 mins before they arrived, tree removal was fast, efficient, and left no trace. Very polite, I’d recommend it to anyone who can’t face the nightmare of getting an old tree out of the house;)”

“I was really impressed with the quality of the product purchased. I got a 4-foot tree, which was delivered on time. The quality of the tree was high - it was a great shape, did not drop many needles, and considering how close it was to Christmas, I was impressed with how nice it was.”

“Ordered an 8ft tree this year. The tree I received was definitely not an 8ft tree it is much shorter. I am disappointed as I have used pines and needles online for the last few years and have always been happy with my tree.”

“We have been getting trees from you for ten years, or thereabouts but last two years have really not been good. I have already (via my husband Matthew) sent you an email telling you that the tree this year however, beautiful was virtually dead upon arrival but haven't heard anything back. On top of this last year wasn't very good either. I was hoping then that that was a one off, so I never complained but now it seems to be a pattern. Susanne Levin / Matthew Bell”
