The glass baubles were the wrong colour and we were supposed to receive a mistletoe that did not arrive. Apart from that that all else was well. Roland

Missing pieces to the tree stand I ordered.

We were very happy and pleased with the Christmas tree last year. This year the tree is a spindly at the top and one sided.\nI am not sure if I can persuade my partner to buy 'unseen' again next year.

Hi, thanks for the delivery on the day agreed. A bit unhappy cos I was in waiting for the delivery, and then I discovered that it had been delivered out the front of the house with no ring on the door bell so we didn't know it was there or how long it had been there. No opportunity to unwrap it and see if it was okay. Still haven't unwrapped it yet - so I don't know if it is okay or not. The lower branches will need trimming first so we can fit it in our stand. The annual putting up the christmas tree argument is part of the seasonal festivities. \n\nAnyway, you did ask.

One of the tress top was cut off and replaced with the different top attached using the metal rope.

The tree was not of a great quality comparing to the previous year. It dried in a few days despite being in water.\nThe cost of the delivery was far too high, I am not sure I will re-order next year or recommend to anyone.

delivery was very good. I found the tree not very densely branched especially on the top and already losing some needles. I water it every day but it still seem to me branches are drying out

I ordered an 8ft tree as that's around the height of my ceiling. When I was putting it up it was far too tall so that I had to both cut the bottom off (with difficulty) and remove some of the larger bushy bottom branches so the tree now looks sparse.\nThe part of the trunk that I cut off had a big '9' written on the end so I have been sent the wrong size. Too late to do anything about it now as I've put up and decorated the tree but it's taken me a lot of needless effort and the end result is disappointing.

The Tree is not as full or tall as last year which is a bit disappointing seeing as we placed the same order.\nThe delivery guys were fab!

The tree is covered in mud and, although it is technically 10 foot, the bulk of the tree is more like 7 foot with a very long top, so I was very disappointed with it. The trunk is also extremely crooked. I would not have chosen this tree myself, but I understand that it is difficult if you delegate choice to someone else. In future, you should make sure the trees are not covered in mud.

The tree itself has a lot of brown and dried branches, looks like the last of season. \n\nThe trunk was, quote from customer services after seeing a photo I sent, "unusually larger than normal, that's probably why it doesn't fit in your stand"\n\nThe delivery men made sarcastic comments because the tree was to be delivered up to the top floor with no lift, saying "we love to walk up stairs with a big tree, we wish we could do this all year round", and "flats without a lift are the best, all this hard work, we love it" said in a very sarcastic manner. Then proceeded to wait for a tip after dumping it on the floor.\n\nMy husband had to hack off the bottom of the tree in order for it to fit our stand, as no one was able to help before Sunday and we didn't want a dying tree left in our lounge. \n\nAll in all, a very disappointing service this year. \n\nSorry for the negative feedback, my main concern was the professionalism from the drivers.\n\n\n\n

When I started unfolding branches, one stayed in my hand.... Was expecting higher quality.

I ordered a 7ft tree and got a 6* one which was cut at an angle at the base, which made it awkward to balance in stand - not good this year.

The person who actually brought the tree up the stairs was unhelpful, would not remove muddy boots and destroyed the carpet on 7 floors. The tree that arrived was falling apart and I asked him to take it away. I went down to the van and the driver was superb He immediately addressed my concerned. I could not fault him. I saw his helper put the discarded tree to one side. I assumed they would put it in the van. However, when I went out later he had dumped it in my neighbours porch and it is still there. I have taken photos of this and will report it to the council of westminster with the registration number of the van which I had taken note of. My daughters were watching and intact took a video of everything so we have that also. We will provide all this to the council on 16th December after 5pm unless this tree is picked up and disposed of properly tomorrow. \nThe driver I believe was unaware, his helper was was the person responsible. The delivery guy was really nice and helpful. However, we didn't receive the free mini Christmas tree we were promised when booking - and, of course, i didn't realise until after he was gone...

Some technical problem went wrong with the booking and my tree did not turn up on the day. However, it was delivered to my satisfaction the following day and I received a refund for the premium delivery charge paid and I did receive a few extra bits.

I was disappointed that your driver and his partner helping him did not offer to remove their shoes when coming into the house, after i told them that we had a new carpet. \n\nadditionally the water stand they brought was used and dirty, and only after i complained i got a new one. \n\nOther than that they were OK.\n\nalso the wreath came completely squashed. the box looks like it had been trampled on and on opening it i saw that it had been completely squashed. \n\nThe website gave me the impression that this is a premier service but i no longer feel the same way.

I have been getting my tree every year from you for a few years now and every year has been great apart from this year. Not a very pretty tree. Very uneven and no branches aa the bottom.

Well the tree arrived at a good time, but your driver could use help with his manners. He turned up two hours early, called me repeatedly, to the point where I came out of the meeting I was in with our global head as I thought there was some kind of emergency. He then said he wanted to deliver the tree two hours early. When I told him this was not possible he said he wanted to leave with a neighbour. I explained that this was not possible and someone would be in at the time slot I had booked, he then muttered something I couldn't understand and I told him I had to get back to my meeting. I then called pines and needles and it was sorted. But, I think that he may need some customer service training.

Not particularly impressed with the delivery service. The delivery drivers were very pleasant and were clearly very busy and working hard to get the trres delivered and set-up quickly. \n\nHowever, unfortunatly our tree was delivered well over an hour after our scheduled slot finished, at around 7.25pm. This is not the fault of the drivers but the schedulers and it simply isn't a good enough service. \n\nWe had requested the 1 - 6pm slot so we could dress the tree in the evening, with as little inconvenience as possible to our staff and clients using the reception area. As the delivery was so late, it arrived just before we closed and we had to dress the tree during the morning while the office was busy. \n\nI also had to chase customer services to find out what was happening as the drivers were so busy I could not get hold of them and they obviously needed to assist other customers and didn't have time to stop to try to call me. This should not have happened as clearly the delivery was heavily behind schedule and we should have been informed earlier and offered the opportunity to reschedule for another day. \n\nI was offered a refund of the difference between a slot booking and a non-slot booking, however I do not feel this is sufficient recompense for the inconvenience caused. If we had not had a reason for a slot booking we would not have booked one. \n\nWe have used this company for a number of years but I feel you are not offering a reliable service and will bear this in mind when choosing our supplier next year.
