I am aware that the tree is measured from base to tip, however I was not aware that that meant you could order a six foot tree that is about one third bare at the top. A very sad looking tree so we will need to trim off the top foot or more so it doesn't look so bad. Not a very impressive office tree.

We ordered a 4 foot tree for delivery and the top foot has no needles or branches. I was incredibly disappointed by the fact that this was considered acceptable and frankly a bit deceptive given anyone who would be purchasing this in person would never select this tree.

Not that impressed. Tree was soaking wet, the base had not been cut straight and so is wonky and that needed work. Not exactly what I was expecting from this level of service.

Tree arrived covered in mud and much shorter than expected. I rang to complain and was promised redress but have not heard back. Disappointed with this service.

Our system did not indicate there had been a problem with your delivery. We take every single problem very seriously and pro-actively ask for feedback and attempt to address any issues with our delivery as soon as possible, almost always on the same day. One of my colleagues will be in touch shortly and we will do anything it takes to put this right.

Not your fault - but we failed to appreciate that that the height was measured from the bottom of the root ball, So much smaller than we anticpated. Tree healthy and well watered.

The people who delivered and decorated the tree were great.\n\nHowever, the general organisation of the dfelivery was extremely poor. The the tree came a day late, causing a lot of disruption.\n\nWe have had similar problems in previous years and will be looking for an alternative supplier next year.

The delivery was very late and I had to contact the driver to ask about the time. The tree was OK-ish, but had a few broken branches and bare at the top. It would not be the tree I picked at a traditional market. The tree was left unopened, and was not in the net as last year.

Delivery arrived at 17.20hrs when I had booked a 09.00-17.00 delivery slot. I had to ask my Receptionist to stay on past 17.00 otherwise there would be no one here to receive the tree. Later I received a call from the driver to say that he had forgotton some decorations and could he bring them back. I ask him to drop them at the 24hr security desk as we had all left for the day. The driver was pleasant enough but I would like a refund on the delivery charge as it did not arrive in the time slot booked and some items were forgotten. Tania Byfield

The 2nd tree delivered was acceptable as the 1st tree was in very bad condition. However I paid extra to have the tree put in the stand and did not receive this service. Overall I found the experience to be dry stressful and hassling. Not what's needed over Christmas

Hi There\n\nWe took delivery of our tree last Sunday. Unfortunately the tree has been looking very 'droopy' since it arrived - and it has only got worse this week. It looks as though it's been out of the ground for quite some time.\n\nWe have friends coming for New Year, and we're really concerned that it isn't going to last until then - and possibly not even until Christmas Day. \n\nI'm happy to send a picture if you can confirm an email address.\n\nMany thanks,\n\nStuart

Delivery was good - very punctual.\n\nThe tree is a big disappointment. It seems every other year we get a dud tree. This one has half the branches on one side missing (an extended bald patch) - it looks ridiculous. Only the fact that kids were present meant we didn't return it!\n\nWill probably not use P&N again as feel advantage in having sight of tree before purchase. Its a shame because last year's tree was lovely - the one the year before very ugly.

Hi, I ordered from you last year and the tree was so much better than the one I received yesterday. However, your customer service was excellent & have arranged a redelivery for me this evening. Last year I ordered a 6ft tree. It was a stunning tree...beautiful. This year the "6ft" I was delivered is just under 6ft made so by a couple of curved up branches , none of which you could put a topper on. The middle bit which should be for the topper is at my chin level...5ft max. The top half is very sparse. Unfortunately a young boy was sent from the van to bring the tree to the flat. I would have appreciated being able to discuss with the adult...who at this time drove down the road. I signed for the tree. I certainly don't think being charged for a 6ft is very fair in this instance. Am happy to send the pic of last year's tree vs this year's.\nRegards,\nSarah

Martin delivery guy was great. Very helpful\n\nI have been asking however, for a refund on 2 sets of lights and emailed/spoken to you guys, it's still NOT happened!!

Just sent feedback on a separate page, but thought there would be more, so am re-sending. I am not satisfied with our tree at all. It is very sparse, trimmed poorly so that I can't even find a good side to turn to face the room. For spending £50 on a tree, I thought we would have better luck. We ordered from you last year, but will not be doing it again. Very, very disappointed.

Disappointing that you didn't deliver the order of napkins which I was relying on for my Christmas table design. No notification that it was no longer available, just didn't turn up. It took me a couple of days to find time to open the box and discover they weren't there. Won't order extras from you again next year I am afraid
