“I just purchased a beautiful Xmas tree from 'Pines and Needles' with the help of Queenie, an intelligent, focused and beautiful customer service representative with great people skills who I am sure will go very far in life. “It was our first year buying tree since deciding to stay in the UK this year and we were so impressed with the selection even though the trees were a little more expensive than we would of hoped for. “We picked up a beautiful tree from the Chiswick outdoors store and thanks to Dexter, who swung the 6 foot on to his shoulder and carried it to our new home, the kids got to decorate it instantly. Amazing service. Thank you!”

“Wanted to leave a glowing review for Kaya at the Crystal Palace park store! Though busy with several customers at the time he was extremely attentive and informative helping me decide on the best tree. I wasn’t very knowledgeable but he knew his stuff and even helped me figure out what weight I’d be able to carry home. He’s was an absolute Gem and you should give him a raise!!! “This is the fourth year I got my Christmas tree from Pines and Needles and my loyalty remains. Efficient service and friendly driver (this year, Sami, was even exceptionally friendlier compared to others in previous years!) and, an excellent tree quality.
