“I ordered a 5 foot tree. Unfortunately there is no way it's 5ft. I'm 5ft4 and it only reaches my chest. I've had to put it on a table because it's too small to go on the floor. I have also emailed you regarding this and received no reply.”

“the delivery was perfect and the tree a great size. Generally, the tree was healthy, but it was absolutely coated in mud. I cleaned as best i could, but it still left the leaves looking grey, rather than a lovely green. If it had been hosed down before delivery, i think this would have been a much better tree.”

“Last year I ordered a 6ft tree. It was a stunning tree...beautiful. This year the "6ft" I was delivered is just under 6ft made so by a couple of curved up branches , none of which you could put a topper on. The middle bit which should be for the topper is at my chin level...5ft max. The top half is very sparse. Unfortunately a young boy was sent from the van to bring the tree to the flat. I would have appreciated being able to discuss with the adult...who at this time drove down the road. I signed for the tree. I certainly don't think being charged for a 6ft is very fair in this instance. Am happy to send the pic of last year's tree vs this year's.\nRegards,\nSarah”
