“We've just got a great Christmas Tree like every year from Pines and Needles in Ealing, on top of that we got a great deal for the lights as well and Ben was assisting us with great enthusiasm and passion! Well done!”

“Ealing Broadway site - Ben & Valerie very helpful and patient while I remained fussy and boring - bottom of 7' tree was shaved to fit an old cast iron stand - Mo (area mngr) also helped before opening time on Sunday December 12 Definitely would highly recommend”

“Disappointed . Absolutely froze as the Payment terminal did not work at Kenwood for 45 minutes. Wrong delivery day booked. No details of a time slot on correct day ! Charged to put tree in stand.”

“Very poor - tree totally misshapen, tapers in at bottom, one side flat so not Xmas tree shaped and nothing like pictures of a fraser fir. Emailed twice, heard nothing, had used for years. Avoid unless you are happy to risk a child in tears when you decorate your tree.”

“We have ordered from Pines and Needles in the past and have always been pleased with the service and the quality of their trees. This year we have been slightly disappointed as we ordered a 6ft tree but received a tree shorter than me (I am 5'2"). It is still beautiful, healthy tree which we will enjoy (and we've propped it up on a platform) just not the one we paid for.”

“We contacted the company because our tree tapers in at the bottom, but have heard nothing. An upset 8 year old isnt a good start to decorating the Christmas tree and having googled what a fraser fir should resemble, it doesn't go back in at the bottom, nor is one side effectively flat. used this company for many years, apparently no customer service so avoid disappointment and avoid”

“Leon at Wimbledon Park was extremely helpful showing us various trees, then trimming our chosen tree and taking it to our car. We have been getting our trees from Pines and Needles for a few years now and will definitely be back again.”

“We ordered a 4ft Nordman, which was duly delivered on the right day and is a very nice tree. However, on taking off the plastic wrapping we discovered that on one side of the tree the lower branches were all covered with mud, and we had to remove them, and then remove the corresponding branches on the other side so that the tree did not look lopsided. Then we had to clean up all the mud from the floor. We would be very wary of having a tree delivered again, we have always bought them in person before from Pines and Needles.”

“Paid £25 for named day delivery. Tree was meant to be delivered 2 days ago. Absolutely no communication from pinesandneedles to say that the tree was not going to be delivered. Almost impossible to get through to customer service - emails are ignored, no one picks up the phone. Put through to leave a voicemail, only to be hung up on because the voicemail inbox is full. Eventually managed to get through to someone, who told me they would investigate and call me back in 15 minutes. Over an hour and a half later and still no call back. After struggling to get through to them (again), they still cannot confirm when my tree will be delivered. Refusing to refund the £25 delivery fee. The worst customer service I have ever had the displeasure of having to experience. Read the reviews on trust pilot to get a better sense of how they've treated their customers this year. Do not buy from them, unless you want to waste multiple days sitting at home waiting for a tree that will not be delivered, and then hours attempting to contact customer service”
