Delightful guys delivered the tree and struggled to put it up for us for a long time, unfortunately it fell down shortly after they left. It's a beautiful tree but considerably fuller on one side than the other so it wouldn't stand. I had to chop a lot of branches to even out the weight (and ended up in casualty when I cut my hand in the process) so not too happy this year :-(

Hi, very happy with delivery, tree, garlands and wreath - all very good quality. \nThe one dispointment, especially given our order size of £150, is that we had ordered some free mistletoe, which did not arrive.\nWould it be possible to deliver the free mistletoe to us please? Kind regards, Stephen

Hi - I paid for premium delivery between 6-10pm but the delivery turned up at 2pm. Bit of luck I was home, but it made a mockery of paying an extra £25 for a time slot. The tree itself is OK, but only OK. I had hoped that in buying a 6 ft tree there would be branches all the way to the top. The branches peter out at about 4ft high. Not overall impressed.

Delivery excellent / on time very friendly and helpful. But when unwrapped tree pot covered in clay and big roots sticking through the side of the pot itself - which is why the clay had leaked out. Had to chop the roots and clean pot and my floor. So that is disappointing. Also the lights are very expensive but the battery casing is very cheap and nasty . Very difficult to unscrew it. Don't think it will last too many opening/closing.

Delivery was fine. I didn't get the call I'd requested 230 mins beforehand and specifically had to ask for the end of the tree to be re-cut, which I haven't had to ask for in previous years, but otherwise it was fine and the 2 delivery men were polite and helpful. My tree, however, has been dropping needles from the moment it arrived. At first I thought it might just be loose needles caught up in the tree from where it was chopped down etc. but even having been watered and stood in a cool part of the room, there are fresh needles on the floor every time I check. Goodness knows what it will look like at this rate in a couple of weeks time.

Re Order 51911.\n\nThe tree is fabulous. However, having price checked the Christmas lights, you have charged me much more than other retailers. I found the 480 warm white LED supabrights as cheaply as £24.99 online, and the red lights are freely available much cheaper too. You don't show the brand when ordering, so it's impossible to price check until they arrive. It does put me off ordering in the future, to be honest, which is a shame as I do love your trees.

Glad the mini tree was free as it isn't very nice. It just looks like a little branch off a tree and it isn't even all the way around so one side is quite squashed and short.

I called the driver at around 4.30pm as I needed to pick up my daughter. Was told delivery would be within 2 hours. The tree finally arrived at 9.30pm. Luckily the tree itself is amazing.

Whilst delivery by Martin was friendly and fast, the tree itself is of pretty poor quality. Uneven, misshapen and lots of bare/bald spots. Overall I'm not very satisfied with the quality so while service couldn't be more convenient and friendly, the quality of the tree will have me looking elsewhere to get my Christmas tree next year.

The tree is great and delivery people helpful but I will not use this service again as there is too big a time slot for me to wait in all day for tree. If ocado can do hourly slots why can't you? They charge less for delivery too

I bought and had delivered a tree for both my work Marketing Metrix, and my home 77 Howard building. The tree for work is perfect, full and symmetrical. However I am disappointed with the tree delivered to my home, it is not as full and not symmetrical, in fact looks like there is a chunk missing from the back - the two trees look completely different.

Previously the installers have swept up the pines after putting the tree up but that was not included this year.

Not sure the bottom was cut off so to allow the tree to take in water so the tree is very dry now and pines dropping

Whilst the tree is beautiful and it was super easy to organise delivery, the decorations didn't arrive and the lights have already blown a fuse. So overall it was a little disappointing.\n

Fresh tree with soft needles, however for a non drop tree I am not impressed. Expected mess setting up this tree but as soon as you touch it loads drop. Fed up hoovering today 4 flights of stairs (not your fault) and front room 3 times during set up. If this is a non drop tree would hate to see a normal one. Considering artificial tree next year because if the mess

Delivery was seamless and it was left where requested. Don't like to be picky but the double upward vertical shoot sprouting up from 3ft below the top of the tree makes it quite ugly and it can't be cut out without leaving a big bald spot which is a bit disappointing for a first timer. To be totally honest, the Raynes Park pub car park have exactly the same type of trees, without the deformity, and for £30. It was convenient for us to have it delivered this year, but a lesson learned for us. We would not have chosen this one had we seen it beforehand. We would have had one without the strange top. It is being decorated as I write so too late to do anything about it - but - whilst the idea of using you seemed like a good one, I will return to the pub car park next year and save quite a lot of money. Great service for offices and people working long hours, but think I'll stick to the traditional tree hunt next time around and spend the extra £30 odd on presents for the family. Happy Christmas and thanks.

Tree great as always but delivery service not nearly as friendly or slick. He called to ask which building I was in when he had the address (it's a short street and numbers are clearly displayed). He then called me again from outside my block asking me to let him in, complete ignoring the obvious intercom system. He also grumbled about bringing the tree in and putting it in my stand (which he did) saying I had only paid 'standard delivery' which meant leaving it on the street. Is that true as every year previously a friendly person wearing a Santa hat has brought it in and placed it in the stand without being asked. Friends who I introduced to you based on your previous excellent customer service have made similar comments to me.

Payment, delivery was excellent, although once i was decorating y tree i have found that it has a lot of mud on the tree. This makes part of it look as if it is dying.
