Found the website a bit difficult to find properties that were suitable for us but once we had Liz dealt with us superbly when we booked.

The look of the website is very appealing. Easy to use but would like to see what availability each hotel has before having to enter desired dates.

Very easy website to navigate. Once availability is confirmed the booking process is straight forward. Does take a little while to find out availability. The only slight issue is that I couldn’t get through to a member of staff when calling on at several different times. Waiting now to see how process continues with paying the balance and when I get to my destination.

Easy to use. Maybe have your booking system automated though. Would make it even easier. Sometimes i dont have time to wait i just want to book straight away.

Good to find a site that finds dog friendly accommodation. Was a little complicated as the offer advertised didn't appear on your system but was resolved . Will definitely use again

The concierge was extremely friendly and helpful in trying several options in the Cotswolds before landing on the final choice. the booking and payment procedure was straightforward. I guess the acid test will be whether everything is in order when we arrive at the hotel. My only slightly negative comment ( hence 4, rather than 5, stars) is that I do not recall the 10% cancellation charge ( irrespective of the individual hotel policy) being properly explained at the time of booking.

Disappointed to see that the voucher WOOF10 had not been confirmed in my confirmation notification from Pets Pyjamas. It was accepted at the time of booking and applied to the final payment but not on my confirmation. I am assuming a glitch in PPs software perhaps.

I was a little disappointed that one of the locations I tried to book online was fully booked, even though the website was showing the dates I wanted as being available.

It’s disappointing when you think a hotel is available and it turns out not to be. Also strange to have to ring an advisor to add ones own postcode. It turned out the payment software only wanted the numbers! Booked Ok in the end

I got great service from my pet partner and a discount vs the price on the hotel website. However it would be useful to search by date availability on the petspyjamas site rather than rely on the pet partner - I couldn’t do this on my phone and it slowed down the process of finding a suitable place to stay.

This is the first time I have booked with Pets Pyjamas. The service was excellent however I really do feel you need to send your reception staff to view the destinations as there were questions which the member of staff did not know the answers too as she had never been there. It would help your staff tremendously if they were taken to the resorts and made familiar with the surrounds and area.

Agent was great but I wish customers could check availability themselves. Experience system issues: booking addressed to wrong person plus overcharged. Agent noticed error and issued credit but took over 2 weeks to get money back
