“I love the website, though I found it quite tricky to use because the dates I wanted kept disappearing (though that may have been because I wasn't using the site correctly). I also liked the friendliness and attention to me as a potential customer, together with the attentive follow-up, after I'd made a booking. The information about venues, together with the map, were very useful and helpful. I didn't get the £25 off my first booking but maybe I didn't click the right button!”

“Lady who booked our hotel was very helpful and found us a lovely alternative when our chosen one wasn't available. However, whilst the Old Swan hotel in Harrogate was dog friendly, dogs were only allowed in the bedroom or bar. Also, there was no bed,(we were told about the bed), no water bowls, treats, sausage for breakfast, nothing at all, rather disappointing, as this is something we expected booking through pets pyjamas. On the last night, i saw a leaflet in reception saying we could scan a bar code and be sent a key card meaning we could claim all sorts as above, but not until we came on another visit. When i complained we hadn't been told of this in advance, the receptionist did give me a small bag of treats. This is the reason i gave 4 not 5 stars.”

“I’d never used this website before so it was a bit of a learning curve. Whilst it initially seemed fairly easy to navigate, I found the filters a bit too restrictive - eg to me the areas are a bit too generalised and I would have liked to select more than one area. The other point I’d like to make …. (although it could well be that I’m not using it correctly!) I wanted to search for dates first - then filter the areas. Is that already possible? If not - perhaps it could be arranged? Sometimes we don’t know quite where we want to go - we just want to be tempted by a nice looking doggie friendly hotel/pub and then plan from there. Last comment - I would have liked an immediate email receipt showing what I could see on the website, with a proviso that it was only a booking reference and confirmation would follow soon having confirmed with the hotel. Even though I’d got a booking reference number on the website, there was no sort of “thank you - your request has been received” message, so I still wasn’t sure it had been successfully booked until the following morning when I was told the hotel had confirmed it. Anyway they’re just my own observations and comments. The concept is excellent and I will certainly try using it again.”

“Absolutely amazing lodge and holiday park. We had the most fantastic stay . Please be aware to access the parks bars , pool and facilities you must purchase passes . We were not aware so came at a surprise cost whilst here .”

“So far so good. I booked merry harriers in Surrey through yourselves. Your concierge service booked lunch for us and offered to do that during the call which is good. I wait to see what venue is like, services etc, I’ll let you know”

“It all worked well, quite easy to use. No worries regarding our dogs, although I would have liked a choice of which type of room we wanted. However I assume the one offered, very nice it is, was the only one available.”

“Great Web site plenty cottages to choose from prices very good only problem I had was I could not save a property to favorites to come back to later on frustrating trying to find it again waste of time could put people off otherwise excellent service and easy to pay and could use PayPal excellent thank you”

“We left it very late to book a last-minute getaway, so cannot really complain but we were disappointed to only be given a choice of one. I went on booking.com to get more information on check-in times (since received direct from Pets Pyjamas), and was surprised to see much lower prices. However it is difficult to compare with a £100 voucher against food and drink and free accommodation for the dog.”

“Stayed at the hotel over Christmas 2021 wit my husband, 4 kids and dog, we were given 3 great spacious rooms next to one another and close to the bar where we could take our dog in with us. The ground are stunning. The staff were great, extremely friendly and nothing was too much for them. The evening meals were lovely and the Christmas lunch was delicious with a great choice food. The reason for giving 4 stars was because at breakfast they kept running out of food and the choice was not great, also the last lunch we had at the hotel we were give leftovers from the previous day and there was not much of a choice, a real shame, it could be because of staff shortage. You need go book treatments at the spa very early, they get booked up quickly.”

“Initially contacted by Anais who then seemed to vanish off the face of the earth. However, within 24 hours we were contacted by Trish who was extremely helpful, professional and knowledgeable and secured a booking for us in what we hope will be a beautiful hotel. The three of us are looking forward to our visit very much.”

“I was contacted within a couple of hours to confirm y requirements and an email for each of my bookings (with links for payment). I would have thought I'd have options on rooms, but perhaps there were room restrictions with having a dog. It wasn't clear that both my bookings would be held for a set time, so I only felt they were confirmed once I'd made payment and received a confirmation email. I paid a deposit, but didn't see on email when/how balance should be paid. Customer Service is great - very friendly.”

“Lynda was very helpful with sorting everything out. I was quite shocked at the prices though, looking for £175 a night, there was only one option in the whole of Cornwall!!”
