“Very easy to use and nice to know that accommodation is 100% dog friendly. Pricing when confirming could be better displayed higher on page.”

“Very easy to navigate website. Booking ok, but not like all other sites. Having to preliminary book & then wait for an email a bit weird, especially when the price is exactly the same! Also had to wait for over 24hours to get confirmation & didn't get confirmation of payment separately as soon as it was paid as with most other payments.”

“Was a little confused about the booking process as I seemed to be dealing with more than 1 representative. I had to create an account so my wife couldn't see the trip as it is for our anniversary but do not appear to have been given a discount for my first booking”

“Choosing a dog friendly pub from the range on offer was the start of our holiday excitement. We always read the reviews to give us an overall view but don’t let it influence our final decision as everyone has different expectations and experiences. The pub we went to met all our expectations and beyond. We wish we’d been able to stay another night but we will return.”

“Great service, nice people to talk to on the ohone and via emails. Only dropped a star because i was trying to make multiple bookings at the same hotel overnight for on the way, and again on the way back from visiting friends and was unable to do this in one transaction which made the process not as smooth as it might have been. Otherwise great, thank you.”

“Basically easy and two things to mention - I was looking for an option for number of adults at the start but realised later that this venue only gave room options. I also ‘missed’ the fact that it was room only until confirmation. Thank you for responding to my question and booking promptly.”

“I love the website, though I found it quite tricky to use because the dates I wanted kept disappearing (though that may have been because I wasn't using the site correctly). I also liked the friendliness and attention to me as a potential customer, together with the attentive follow-up, after I'd made a booking. The information about venues, together with the map, were very useful and helpful. I didn't get the £25 off my first booking but maybe I didn't click the right button!”
