Booking a one night stay at The Mole Resort in Devon was very easy but the resort was not up to expectations. The signage when you drive in was very poor as was the signage for the rooms. Their web site is not at all clear as we thought that bath robes and slippers were supplied but not a goody bag for our dog. We had a goody bag for our dog, most of which was totally unsuitable for his age and size but we did not get the the bath robes and slippers. I rang the resort as ask if the room we were allocated was on the ground floor and explained that our dog had difficulty with stairs and was told it was a ground floor room, it was a ground floor room when you get into it but you could only access it down 6 or 7 steps. Also the only restaurant we could take him into was in a cellar and once again had a full flight of stairs to negotiate. Finally we were not told that the restaurant/bar bill which came to £71.89, which was for a two course meal for two with coffee, 1 pint of beer and 1 pineapple juice, included a service charge of £7.99. I object to service charges as I think people should be able to leave a tip at their discretion. I would not go to this venue again or recommend others to visit.

Great site! My dog is reactive around strangers so would be great to have more info about enclosed gardens etc. also had difficulty making payment v slow to load pages and accept card deets. Eventually swapped to PayPal

I was pleasently surprised to be telephoned about my enquiry on a Sunday morning, having only completed the form in the very early hours of Sunday morning (being unable to sleep having decided what was needed was a holiday).

My only experience so far is booking. There are a number of issues with your form 1 there is no other space on breed of dogs 2 any issue with filling 8n the form means you have to start all over again rather than just correct the issue 3 despite receiving an email offering ENDOFMONTH discount no where does it say it doesn't apply to a given list of hotels and pubs.

Ashley who helped was great. But I was unable to book online because the XMAS25GIFT voucher that you sent me did not work for me (or Ashley) even though we both double-checked the conditions were satisfied.

It screened out hotels that didn't take dogs and the deal quoted was better than I could get from the hotel's own website. So the service is pretty good. They were persistent in that they called me to follow up on the quote.

Website clear and easy to find information. One improvement might be to make the cancellation process more accessible- I found it in frequently asked questions.

Mostly good. Booking procedure was good and the call received from customer service advisor was fine. However a bit disappointed with the hotel that was recommended as they made no arrangements for us having a dog with us.

Made a 3 night booking on PP with help from Alison and then tried to extend it to 4 nights. Sadly someone else gazumped us and confirmed their booking just seconds before we did. So we lost the 3 day one. Alison made several attempts at other hotels in the area but was unable to secure a booking that met all our requirements. She was terrific in trying to assist us. We will definitely be back to this PP site in the future. Thanks loads Alison you were a star.

The Angel inn is a busy pub. We stayed in the annexe which is a separate building across the road, which did not seem to be as modern as the accommodation in the main pub building. All rooms were accessed by stairs either up, or down. The room was clean and had everything required for a pleasant stay. Breakfast was lovely and had lots of menu options. The staff were very friendly and made a fuss of our dog!

The website is great. Very clear. Booking at our chosen location was easy. However, the confirmation email came from the hotel itself and didn't mention PetsPyjamas. This was a bit confusing. I did get an email from PetsPyjamas a bit later, and everything is clear now. Thank you.
