“Good but should be clearer when the dates closed are fully booked”

“The Angel inn is a busy pub. We stayed in the annexe which is a separate building across the road, which did not seem to be as modern as the accommodation in the main pub building. All rooms were accessed by stairs either up, or down. The room was clean and had everything required for a pleasant stay. Breakfast was lovely and had lots of menu options. The staff were very friendly and made a fuss of our dog!”

“The website is great. Very clear. Booking at our chosen location was easy. However, the confirmation email came from the hotel itself and didn't mention PetsPyjamas. This was a bit confusing. I did get an email from PetsPyjamas a bit later, and everything is clear now. Thank you.”

“I had a few questions and the response time was amazing. My only problem was paying on line, after verifying with my bank I closed the banking app and the page was no longer there to confirm payment. This happened twice. I landed up paying by phone.”

“A little disappointing to find that Petpyjamas say dogs go free of charge yet the Hotel is charging me £7 per night for my dog. Surely this contravenes trade descriptions? Fingers crossed the hotel will prove worth it.”

“I love this idea but couldn’t give you 5 stars as you didn’t have my breed of dog on your long list when we booked the hotel?! PLEASE add a Barbet French Water Dog, an ancient breed but slowly becoming more well known (you have Italian & Portuguese!) Then I can award you full marks!”

“Website not easy to navigate, clicking on a hotel to find out more resulted in dates being changed. Clicking on an area sometimes meant the hotel looking at disappeared. It was frustrating at times, saying that I did go on to book as you had what I was looking for.”
