“Rachel has been so helpful trying to find us the break we wanted - both initially and then when Covid scuppered our original plans! She worked on her day off to help us and other people in the same situation to find a replacement Christmas break that suited our needs. So friendly and understanding. I can’t recommend Rachel or Pets Pyjamas highly enough!”

“The website is awkward and difficult to navigate, I wasted quite a lot of time there and tried several times to no avail. It is time consuming to see the property photos, find the availability and the search function isn't fit for purpose, you really need to be able to apply a number of filters more successfully. However when I rang instead it was a very pleasant experience, Lynda & I chatted about my wish list, dates and budget and very quickly she got back in touch with a list of suitable options. Great service.”

“Really pleased with this first experience with PetPyjamas. The web site immediately identified the type of dog friendly accommodation we were looking for and offered plenty of choice. Although the site wasn't interactive, the alternative call back service was really efficient and the agent, Claire, extremely helpful. Information was immediately provided enabling decide and make a booking. We are now looking forward to our break and also making further bookings at one of the many alternative destinations and accommodation options.”

“Pets Pyjamas were brilliant. They are so friendly and met our needs with the holiday they have found us perfectly. The break is just what we wanted, suits our doggy and us perfectly and they have excellent customer service. Adam made sure that we had all the info we needed to make an informed decision and made everything so easy. We will definitely be using this company as our first point of call for all future holidays. We will also be recommending to our other doggy friends. Thank you”

“We had the best experience booking our short stay in Cornwall to be with family. Faith was not only patient and friendly but we had fun making the booking. “It was a great service. I used their chat to get some ideas of options and then once we picked it - they called us to finish off the booking. They are really efficient and friendly. The website doesn’t always have an up to date calendar so it’s worth chatting with them.”

“Great service from start to finish. Mainly done by email in the first instance with Jen, told her what plans were and she got back to me each day with updates and the information I asked for. To actually complete the booking process we did this over the phone, very efficient. Thankyou”
