“It Took a while for us to find the perfect holiday hotel for our pooch while still managing a bit of luxury for my husband, my sister and me. Fear Not!....Lynda was amazing she made the process completely stress free. Linda worked hard and gave us a choice of a variety of lovely hotels, she was very quick to respond with all my questions. I am so glad I found Linda and pet pyjamas and will definitely be using them again.... cannot recommend them enough.”

“We have only dealt with one person at PetsPyjamas and she has been extremely efficient and helpful. When I queried something early evening - not expecting a response at that time - she emailed with the necessary information. She seemed to genuinely want to help us get the right destination for our holiday. I would say that she really understands customer service.”

“The booking experience with Tiffany was very professional and friendly. The agent asked me pertinent question and in return answered my questions regarding using a Voucher, the process once booking is completed through to contacting the accommodation then calling me back once that had been done.”

“Although booking was a bit slow as hotels aren't open, PetPyjamas kept trying and came up with suggestions when our first choice wasn't available. I also checked the price of the hotel we booked, and it was cheaper with PJ when you added the cost of a dog to the hotel cost on other sites.”

“So far everything has gone well with the booking process, we were put in contact with a lovely lady andrea who helped us find a place this summer in our price range. We were very greatful. We are hoping she can do the same for next summer for our dream uk destination”
