“Melanie was great. Really helpful and friendly. We gave her a few options of holidays and dates and she came back to us with availability and prices to make it really easy to make a decision. We let her know which one we wanted to book on a Saturday morning and before we knew it everything was sorted. Thanks to Melanie for all her help”

“When booking we had very good experience, there was good communication between my self and two of the operators, Jen and Sheila. They both ensured dates and costs were looked into and it was a smooth process when we booked, I have definitely had a good experience booking through pets pyjamas. Thank you.”

“Had help from a lady named Angela - she searched for properties that would match our requirements of location, local amenities, size of property etc, and sent through details of cottages that we might like. Angela was able to find one that matched all of our requirements within our budget and the booking process was very simple. We are looking forward to our holiday booked through PetsPyjamas.”

“Fantastic experience with Andrea as first timer for booking. Got hold of a real person 🤣 after 6.00 not really expecting an instant reply, she was extremely helpful, even checking her emails before bedtime so could ping response from chosen horel over with prices and info. Received promised phone call next day at 12.00 and booking secured. Will certainly be using Pets Pyjamas for our future dog friendly get away.”

“Not good. Had to wait while your company phoned the owner of the cottage to see if it was available. As the holiday was booked for November do you need a 30% deposit. I was even asked if I wanted to pay the full amount.the cottage was advertised but no mention of central heating or towels supplied. Come on get your act together.”

We have 1000s of dog-friendly properties on our site whereby some are instantly bookable online, and some prefer to speak directly with our Pet Partners about availability. Our Pet Partners are on hand for you to ask specific questions about amenities - central heating and towels are common amenities and should they not be included, you will have been informed. We are offering a promotion of 30% deposit on select properties as we are aware that during the global pandemic, many people are struggling financially, so this low deposit (as opposed to full payment upon booking) is a supportive gesture for our wonderful customers. “Very good from initial contact to the actual stay, our small dog loved it and being able to dine with us in the restaurant was great. Hotel owners were very friendly and obviously love dogs so would happily recommend but if you dog does not mix well might not the the best break for them.”

“Very good and helpful concierge. Took the trouble to go through some pictures that weren’t clear on the website. Also kept us in the loop when asking if the owner would accept 2 dogs over the new year bank holiday. Just hope we can go on the holiday now 🤞😂”
