“Brilliant service. Andrea contacted me following an enquiry from the site. There were lots of options to get in contact and quick help in assessing options and booking. The only improvement I’d recommend is to the site as you can’t highlight favourites when searching, so you have to keep going scrolling back to review your shortlist.”

“I had a slight hitch with the actual booking but Karen quickly and efficiently sorted everything out, so very pleased. The 4 star is for the glitch in the booking but I would give Karen 5 stars for remedying the little problem. Hoping that the holiday goes as well!”

“It's worth getting a dog just to be able to use Pets Pyjamas excellent booking service! We do actually have a dog, and the service that we get from Pets Pyjamas is beyond compare. The phone is always answered promptly, and the queries dealt with effectively and efficiently, and always in a cheery voice. A great company in every way, and with a great choice of hotels.”

“Fantastic service received from Karen who promptly contacted me by phone and email regarding my online booking request. Karen went on to get me a great value deal. “It Took a while for us to find the perfect holiday hotel for our pooch while still managing a bit of luxury for my husband, my sister and me. Fear Not!....Lynda was amazing she made the process completely stress free. Linda worked hard and gave us a choice of a variety of lovely hotels, she was very quick to respond with all my questions. I am so glad I found Linda and pet pyjamas and will definitely be using them again.... cannot recommend them enough.”
