“Very good from initial contact to the actual stay, our small dog loved it and being able to dine with us in the restaurant was great. Hotel owners were very friendly and obviously love dogs so would happily recommend but if you dog does not mix well might not the the best break for them.”

“Very good and helpful concierge. Took the trouble to go through some pictures that weren’t clear on the website. Also kept us in the loop when asking if the owner would accept 2 dogs over the new year bank holiday. Just hope we can go on the holiday now 🤞😂”

“I Contacted best pyjamas to enquire about a property Which again recommended to me by a friend. I received a call within 30 minutes from a representative .I did not have all the details necessary but the lady I spoke to was extremely helpful. We found the property I received the information immediately Which i required to make a decision. There was no difficulties in making that decision Eleni was able to answer all my questions and advise me regarding insurance cover. I was able to immediately book a holiday.”

“We were really disappointed that due to the tier restrictions we were unable to take our New Years getaway. However, we had a fantastic call from one of the team who helped us to rebook for 2021. We were grateful for the support and ease of the rebooking and hopefully we’ll be able to go in the new year.”

“Very friendly and helpful staff on the phone. I was amazed we got through, immediately, and were able to book on boxing day. Ive taken a star off as the website is a complete pain to use, the main bit is fine but the continual pop ups are very very irritating.”

“Rachel has been so helpful trying to find us the break we wanted - both initially and then when Covid scuppered our original plans! She worked on her day off to help us and other people in the same situation to find a replacement Christmas break that suited our needs. So friendly and understanding. I can’t recommend Rachel or Pets Pyjamas highly enough!”

“The website is awkward and difficult to navigate, I wasted quite a lot of time there and tried several times to no avail. It is time consuming to see the property photos, find the availability and the search function isn't fit for purpose, you really need to be able to apply a number of filters more successfully. However when I rang instead it was a very pleasant experience, Lynda & I chatted about my wish list, dates and budget and very quickly she got back in touch with a list of suitable options. Great service.”

“Really pleased with this first experience with PetPyjamas. The web site immediately identified the type of dog friendly accommodation we were looking for and offered plenty of choice. Although the site wasn't interactive, the alternative call back service was really efficient and the agent, Claire, extremely helpful. Information was immediately provided enabling decide and make a booking. We are now looking forward to our break and also making further bookings at one of the many alternative destinations and accommodation options.”

“Pets Pyjamas were brilliant. They are so friendly and met our needs with the holiday they have found us perfectly. The break is just what we wanted, suits our doggy and us perfectly and they have excellent customer service. Adam made sure that we had all the info we needed to make an informed decision and made everything so easy. We will definitely be using this company as our first point of call for all future holidays. We will also be recommending to our other doggy friends. Thank you”
