“PetsPyjamas are fantastic. They always come back and contact you if they can't deal with your enquiry immediately. We have already experienced 2 "Exclusive Packages" breaks, which saved us money when comparing prices with other operators or booking directly with the hotel. Both breaks, a 4 and 3 night break, more than met our expectations. We are now looking forward to our 4 night "Exclusive Packages" break booked for this coming September.”

“Tried to book on line but I could not proceed to payment. I telephone and was assisted by Clare who was able to secure my booking which was confirmed by email while I was still thanking Clare.”

“Initially contacted by Anais who then seemed to vanish off the face of the earth. However, within 24 hours we were contacted by Trish who was extremely helpful, professional and knowledgeable and secured a booking for us in what we hope will be a beautiful hotel. The three of us are looking forward to our visit very much.”

“First class service from Claire. Very helpful from our first contact right up to our booking. Claire even said if we wanted she could book us a Sunday lunch on our arrival. This was a nice touch. Once again thanks for all your help. ALEX”

“I was contacted within a couple of hours to confirm y requirements and an email for each of my bookings (with links for payment). I would have thought I'd have options on rooms, but perhaps there were room restrictions with having a dog. It wasn't clear that both my bookings would be held for a set time, so I only felt they were confirmed once I'd made payment and received a confirmation email. I paid a deposit, but didn't see on email when/how balance should be paid. Customer Service is great - very friendly.”
