“So far so good. Only booked so far and not travelled but experiance so far very good. I found the website and just the accomodation i wanted so booked. I then checked my email and found a welcome voucher with £25 off my first booking. I called through and as it was later on a Sunday customer service wasnt avalibale. So i spoke to a very helpful person in sales. She said it wasnt an issue and she could leave a message for customer service to apply to my booking. Having received my confirmation today the voucher has been applied as promised with no issue. Very good service so far.”

“Dirty, shabby and dated room. PetsPyjamas couldn't care less. Customer service keep passing the buck to the hotel even though they have had sight of the photos. In my opinion PetsPyjamas totally ruined our holiday and are not taking any responsibility. Once they've got your money you're history.”

“Great site! My dog is reactive around strangers so would be great to have more info about enclosed gardens etc. also had difficulty making payment v slow to load pages and accept card deets. Eventually swapped to PayPal”

“Grat service, very helpful nothing to mutch I have got a great relaxing break I need after all my hospital cancer checks and my ill health and my two dogs are going to love it and as it is are 3rd anniversary and a short 2nd honeymoon I'm going to love it”

“It's been 15 years since we had our last holiday. Finding Pets pyjamas made choosing a cottage very difficult.....so many high quality properties to choose from with a large choice in our choice of destination in Northumberland. Once our decision was made, filling out the online request form was straightforward and so far, customer service has been second to none.”
