“My order was never delivered but info at Royal Mail showed ‘delivered’ however in the delivery details there was info showing ‘no answer’. I contacted Personalise couple of times asking them to query that with Royal Mail (as it’s the sender who needs to do it) but had no reply from them”

“Ordered lovely snow globe with silver rocking horse inside for my granddaughters first Christmas. Absolutely gorgeous special little gift . Had it personalised with special message to mark the occasion and for that forever keepsake . Perfectly done. Came boxed and didn’t take too long to arrive . Only downside no info on despatch. Very pleased with purchase and reasonably priced . Woykd use this company again”

“First time ordering with personalised.co. I ordered a 2 baubles-1 messaged glass. Absolutely stunning craftmanship and extremely happy with my purchases.quality products/not cheap and tacky. Highly recommend to anyone to give these a try first. 100% worth my time for a review. Items arrived in a timely manner..as stated when placing an order-considering the postage strikes and christmas chaos. Items were packed very securely and arrived undamaged. Well done for top mark achievement!. This customer will be back.”

“Extremely impressed with the prompt and efficient service here. Considering I ordered a week before Christmas and the estimated delivery date was after 25th my personalised bauble arrived days before and was perfect. I was not in a rush but was pleasantly surprised to receive it before the special day.”
