“Noticed I had made one mistake with a letter on my item which was a graveyard piece for 2 babies in my family. Spotted it minutes after I done it so went onto the cancellation bit on their website where they state orders can only be cancelled if not produced so filled in the form and then emailed to ask to cancel or amend order. Was emailed the next day to say it couldn’t be done as the order was already produced - I ordered at 9pm at night and it was physically possible for the order to have been produced in the minutes between ordering and cancelling/emailing. Have emailed to try discuss twice and have had no response - were quick to reply and say no but can’t reply to other emails. Sad that a company like this would let an incorrect item go out for a graveyard. I take responsibility for making the mistake but I followed their cancellation instructions and they have chose not to follow through! Will never use again and would encourage others not to do so either as they clearly have no compassion and shouldn’t be producing goods for people in these circumstance if this is how they treat them!”

“OK, delivery is fine. Box is just that. By the time you add the vat and the delivery charge, you have bought an expensive box. To make this item a proper gift it would need to be filled with bits and pieces for a child to look at, and or play with.”

“Absolutely disgraceful " customer service " the website does not work You are reminded time and again to confirm the requirements and if you don't watch out it removes it AFTER you place the order we were sent the bauble with no engraving.... it defies belief that NOBODY has the sense to call to check before sending it out at an exhorbitant cost ... we received no confirmation email either Kayla was not helpful at all when I complained”

“I ordered 3 personalised decorations. When they arrived unfortunately 1 was broken. They were not well packaged. 3 small china ornaments put loosely into a quite large jiffy bag with no other packaging around them. I have emailed the company and sent photos but not had a reply. I also contacted the 'parent '?company sixtystores through PayPal but the email address they gave us invalid. Not happy.”
