“Well where do I start I filled in all the names n what I wanted on the 3 baubals I ordered, but when it came to the end when I got confirmation of my order it said that I had not put any personalised writing on them. Then I cancelled the order by following what u said I had to do but have heard nothing from yourselves which as u can tell I was not happy with. What is the point in saying how to do something on ur site n I am yet to hear from u which is very disappointing look forward to a reply of some kind. Thanks Mrs Caroline Powell ps still awaiting a delivery if there is going to be one sorry but not happy”
