“Sadly my order was not put into manufacture over a week after the order was placed. Consequently, it was not going to be delivered in time for Christmas and had to be cancelled. I received a refund but this left is rushing to find an alternative present only a few days before Christmas. I was very disappointed with the service from this company.”

“My order was never delivered but info at Royal Mail showed ‘delivered’ however in the delivery details there was info showing ‘no answer’. I contacted Personalise couple of times asking them to query that with Royal Mail (as it’s the sender who needs to do it) but had no reply from them”
