“Lovely tin but unfortunately the actual gift inside was damaged. Had to go out and buy strong glue to fix as didn't have time to return the item and wait for a replacement. Disappointed for my first order. However, accidents happen and it would not put me off ordering from here again.”

“Personalise.co.uk the name is in the title, however even if you do personalise an item they do not do it, when you reach out and advise an error has been made, they will blame you, even if you checked it 3 times and it was correct before you ordered. They have ignored my emails for approximately 7 days now. I was recommended this company for its quality products and personalisation. Sadly this experience has put myself and so far all my friends that recommend off of this. It's a shame because this could have been great for christmas time.”
