Very poor communication with not receiving any confirmation about order and when contacting them all they are saying is they ‘will get back to me’, but then I need to email them to try and chase it up. Overall not very happy and they are not letting me cancel order and get me a refund.”

“Chocolate bought as present so unfortunately can only comment on packaging and delivery . The chocolate was well protected in an adequate sized box and was promptly delivered through the letterbox. Very pleased with the personalised wrapping which looked elegant and appropriate for a significant birthday. Obviously it was the perfect answer for a special gift under the current circumstances but will be ordering again to mark future occasions and recommending to others.”

“I recently purchased 2 mini smash cups for family members birthdays and although they are packaged in a way to stop them from falling apart during transit unfortunately they are so packed out that on both occasions they have completely melted during transit! Disappointed that I seem to of wasted money because of poor package design.”
