“I ordered the personalised chocolate bar for my nephew’s second birthday which is today. I ordered it last Saturday and the delivery quoted was 48 hours. I still haven’t received it. I have however been charged. Very disappointed.”

“Made an order on Sunday. I have had the money taken out but no confirmation email. Was told 1-2 days and it’s now Thursday night and heard nothing. Have emailed and no reply. Wanted for a birthday present.”

“Worst experience ever.Really disappointed with this company emailed constantly to find out where my order was, no email back and tried ringing on many occasions but was cut off each time. So frustrating. We paid for 48hours delivery two weeks later the parcel finally arrived missed the 21st birthday by a week, and still never had a reply to our e mails. Would never use this company again”
