“Chocolate bought as present so unfortunately can only comment on packaging and delivery . The chocolate was well protected in an adequate sized box and was promptly delivered through the letterbox. Very pleased with the personalised wrapping which looked elegant and appropriate for a significant birthday. Obviously it was the perfect answer for a special gift under the current circumstances but will be ordering again to mark future occasions and recommending to others.”

“I recently purchased 2 mini smash cups for family members birthdays and although they are packaged in a way to stop them from falling apart during transit unfortunately they are so packed out that on both occasions they have completely melted during transit! Disappointed that I seem to of wasted money because of poor package design.”

“very disappointed, I placed my order on the 18th May and still not received. Item has been paid for in full and i have been asked for a review despite not receiving my order. Also not received any updates from the supplier. I have a tracking number but again, not able to track the order using this. have chased numerous times for an update but not received any information. Have chased again last night. not able to comment on the personalised smash cup as item still not received. Bal Kaur”

“Excellent service provided, with brilliant communication every step of the way. Our order came super speedy and we love our personalised champagne glasses 🥂 They will be perfect for celebrating our 1st Anniversary in June, a nice personal touch. “Did not receive my order, reported this to the company on three occasions with no response. Absolutely disgusted. This was a 21st birthday present for my daughter. Even paid extra to have it delivered quicker. Will never use this company again.”
